i bought a used vehicle that was filthy. he came to look at the vehicle, we talked about it, he gave me a price to do a complete, inside and out full shampoo and clean interior, and clay bar exterior... he asked for payment up front, i agreed. he picked up and delivered over the holiday weekend which was nice.i got the thing back after the holiday to see they literally only cleaned places where you could see...sides of seats still stained, dog hair and garbage still in seat pockets. sticky coins under the seats, the radio knobs still full of grease. windows still had tree scum around the edges like they couldn't be bothered to roll them down to clean. i could go on and on about what he didn't do. i took pictures of all of it. he didn't even clean inside the fuel door. this was the worst experience ive ever had involving a cleaning business.

Great job all around. Neighbor was spray painting and overspray ended up covering my entire car. After checking around, I brought my car to Showroom. They took care of the problem for a very fair price. John and the crew know what they're doing. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I can’t say enough about the quality of the service provided by Otis today. My wife’s car had serious scratches all over her car. I thought it would need to be repainted, but Show Room Detailing came to the rescue and took out ALL of the scratches, leaving the car in like-new condition. I would recommend this shop to anyone without reservation.
