The staff was incredibly rude, which made for a disappointing experience. If someone doesn’t enjoy their job, it’s worth considering other opportunities—especially since there are many hardworking individuals who would value and excel in such a role. Respecting both the job and the customers should be a priority.

I just went to drop off a package. The woman working there was so rude I was appalled. Glared at me, couldn’t lift a figure to help. I’ll never be back. Be better.

This is beyond ridiculous. there is no way I dropped my packages off and I still cannot get a scan update on either packages. Bump try calling because no one seems to want to pick the phone up. You guys need to do better!

I would like to bring to your attention that upon my arrival at Branchburg post office, I noticed that the door was locked despite Google indicating that you are open during this time. There were no announcements displayed on the door or website regarding any changes in hours or closure.I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to changes in operating hours. However, I kindly request that you update your website and display a notice on the door to avoid any confusion or inconvenience for your customers.

UPDATE 2023: Runs efficiently now! Small but serviceable, and the postal persons are friendly and professional! Thank goodness ; )PREVIOUSLY: Very very slow. Inefficient, not at all friendly nor responsive on a personal level. Too bad! I've been to post offices that are Great! This one is tiny and crabby -the entire atmosphere is Crabby & neighbors have said the same. Unpleasant, too bad!

Cannot reach anyone over the phone, website and auto attendant states they are open Saturdays 9am. I am here for past 15 minutes and still not open. Very deceiving Info and poor customer service

I have been calling for over an hour about a package that was not delivered. It says the package is going to be returned to sender because of an incorrect address. I am praying that it hasn't been sent out yet so I can pick it up on my lunch break, BUT NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE. I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR OVER AN HOUR AND NO ONE HAS ANSWERED THE PHONE. I do not wanna make a 20 minute drive during my lunch break just to find out my package has already been returned. For the love of God, have someone answer the phones, please!
