1) Because price is very reasonable. They will NEVER overcharge you. Will only charge what's truly reasonable, both for parts and labor.
2) Wait time might be long because they're in demand but it's worth it. Quality of repair, and paintwork is top notch.
3) Jack (owner) is a great person in general. Very humble and GREAT humor!

They did a fantastic job I got all new parts and the paint job was done well, furthermore, the parts were placed symmetrically when they reassembled my vehicle. They also completed everything within 10 days which was exceptionally fast from my experience with auto body shops. But I drive a 2019 mustang gt, so car parts aren’t that rare. That being said the job was done very fast and well and I was very satisfied with everything. Additionally the front desk ladies are great and texted me almost everyday and kept me updated on every step of the process.”

We purchased our toy hauler fifth wheel in November and took possession on November 25th. At pickup, we noticed a few things that weren’t quite right. The tech carefully documented everything, and we were able to take our new home-on-wheels back home—about three hours away—with the understanding that the dealership would follow up and help resolve our concerns.
From start to finish, Meyers Escape RV was absolutely amazing. They stayed in consistent communication with us and worked hard to try to resolve the issues. While some things ultimately couldn’t be corrected, what happened next truly stunned us—in the best way possible.
The dealership made the decision to replace our 2025 Valor 44V14 with a brand new 2026 Valor 44V14, at no additional cost to us. Not only that, but they delivered the new RV directly to our home and took the 2025 back with them. Talk about exceeding expectations!
James (GM), John in finance, and our techs Kim and Beck were all phenomenal. Professional, kind, responsive, and genuinely committed to making things right. This level of customer service is rare, and we are so grateful for how we were treated.
