“I drive a 2005 Mercedes E320. I took it to two different dealers on three occasions to have a check engine light fixed. First dealer replaced the alternator (for check engine light ???). Check engine light came back on as I was driving home. Dealer had car for three weeks and finally replaced alternator again under warranty, light came on again next day. I took car to different dealer and told them about previous repair, I paid one labor for diagnosis, they told me I needed an alternator and replaced it under warranty. Check engine light came on again two days later. A friend recommended Hoffmanns so I gave them a try. They had the car for four hours and replaced a temp sensor, cost me less than two hundred dollars and the car has been fine ever since. Thanks Greg, I love you guys.”

Why?
1) Because price is very reasonable. They will NEVER overcharge you. Will only charge what's truly reasonable, both for parts and labor.
2) Wait time might be long because they're in demand but it's worth it. Quality of repair, and paintwork is top notch.
3) Jack (owner) is a great person in general. Very humble and GREAT humor!

“My car got messed up from roadside debris pretty badly my insurance recommended this shop. They did a fantastic job I got all new parts and the paint job was done well, furthermore, the parts were placed symmetrically when they reassembled my vehicle. They also completed everything within 10 days which was exceptionally fast from my experience with auto body shops. But I drive a 2019 mustang gt, so car parts aren’t that rare. That being said the job was done very fast and well and I was very satisfied with everything. Additionally the front desk ladies are great and texted me almost everyday and kept me updated on every step of the process.”
“Evan provided exceptional service while replacing my Prius battery, going above and beyond where other locations refused to help. His professionalism and genuine care turned a potentially stressful situation into a seamless and positive experience. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the manager, who openly complained about how busy he was and criticized Evan for doing the job. It's disappointing to hear such negativity from someone expected to lead by example, but I’m grateful Evan’s outstanding customer service skills more than made up for it.”
