“I have been going to the UPS Store in Sparta NJ for years. Today I had Shannon as my service attendant. She is always attentive, friendly and efficient and today was no exception. KUDOS to Shannon. Thank you”
“I wanted to give a review in response to the previous review for this office, nothing can be further from the truth, Candy is the kindest, most helpful and knowledgeable person that worked at the Augusta nj post office, chances are that the customer didn't get his way so he lashed out on here. he probably had nothing prepared and it was time to close so it was suggested if he needed time to prepare that other offices were open later. it's actually comical to see a bad review about candy if you've ever met her or had the pleasure of doing business at this post office when Candy Shannon and Erik worked there, unfortunately Candy and Erik retired and Shannon transferred, best of luck to all 3 of them, they deserve nothing but the best”
“Sparta Post Office has been very helpful in handling a complex mailing that we do once a year. It is a special postal rate and they have been patient in explaining the process saving us significant money in the process. Sagan is the best!”
“Conveniently located at the center of Newton. There is plenty of parking just before the post office itself. There was no line when I went in and the postal employees were extremely friendly and got me on my way extremely fast!”
