Me and a friend went to this location...for a passports...and the front lady was absolutely amazing and the whole process was smooth and simple....great service and great customer service. (She even listened to our bestie cruise stuff we were talking about.)

The staff are always friendly and helpful. It's never crowded and my mail always gets where it's going on time. Today we used their passport services for the first time and had a great experience. We were taken before our appointment time and they even courtesy checked my husband and my renewal forms even though the appointment was to get my son's first passport. The whole process was quick and painless. The woman that helped us was knowledgeable and I feel confident that everything will go smoothly. Top notch service.

Whoever the mail carrier is for Ridge Road needs to get their act together. Start delivering the mail to the correct addresses and stop folding and shoving packages into the mailboxes. Do your job and leave them on the porch. You have damaged many packages at numerous addresses with your laziness. If you cannot perform your job properly, find a new occupation!! Get this carrier some more training!!

Told me they couldn't deliver a package because my animals were being aggressive. My animals are enclosed in a fence that is about 6.5 feet high in the backyard where they won't have access to anyone in the front yard. The employee told me that they basically don't deliver any packages to homes that have dogs. I complained vehemently, got called back and was told the package was "misscanned" and would be delivered shortly. The package was here within minutes which leads me to believe the carrier never attempted the delivery, chalked it up to "animal interference" and then delivered it because I made a scene. Also had issues when we first moved because they were holding our mail. They didn't have us listed as living here even though both our names and the correct address was on our mail... yet they still deliver the old owner's mail.

I am on the Montague Route, our old carrier was decent, the new one is a boob, and the postmaster in branchville is a snot. We get way better service at the small Montague post office.
