Worse ped ever the lady doesnāt even look at your feet while she is filing & hurts canāt wait till itās over never again coming here. So this original review was over a year ago I gave then another try because it Close to where I live and they have several people so the chances of walking in and getting taken are much better than a smaller Salon and I am very sorry that I wasted another $60 my nails look like I polished them myself. Also, the place is filthy. I will never be going there again.

First the guy didnāt even know what the nail shape āstilettoā was (first red flag). Then he made my nails so thin it was like they were rationing the acrylic (red flag). Heās shaping my nails and I keep having to tell him they are not straight and he acted like he was fixing them but they still were going all different directions. I paid and still gave a tip but the nails were terrible and my pointer finger nails both broke the same day within an hour of each other after a week of having these nails. Cause they were so thin. Do not waste your money and come here.

A long time ago they told me about this place, and they spoke wonderful things to me, I had not had the opportunity to go since I am not one to do this type of work because these chemicals harm the natural nail a lot, however this weekend I took the risk of going and I wanted to get acrylics, because it was my first time and it was the last one I will visit, the nails were a horrible job, some longer than others, the acrylic was not even and I also asked for them square and they left them in the shape of fans, I attended the The next day they reported all the imperfections and instead of apologizing because the bad work was clearly evident, they got angry; and they asked me to return at 4 pm; I attended and I think the owner helped me, the only thing he did was polish me on the sides to remove the fan shape and cut the long ones that had been left on me and he applied one more layer of paint and all that stuff, which made my nails look even more terrible, unnatural, super thick and poorly aligned; But what a surprise that while they were giving me the āguaranteeā another client came to complain because their semi-permanent did not dry well as they thought and the work had been damaged. In reality it is a bad place, zero professionals and low quality products. ZERO RECOMMENDED. I shouldn't give any stars but I couldn't comment if I don't give at least one.

I was so excited to have long nails for my baby shower since itās the first time theyāve ever grown and not broke. I told them not to shorten them And I like the shape they already are.. Now they are the shortest theyāve been the whole pregnancy and Uneven and just an ugly shape. Iām furious.

I donāt know why I keep trying to like this place, I should just stick to my normal place. I called for an appointment for 4 pedicures hours prior and made the appointment. The employee acted like there was no issue. As my group shows up, the place is packed with not one chair open. We patiently waited 10 minutes and one of us got sat in a pedicure chair. I said in the chair for another 10 minutes, no water, and no one cleaned the bowl. 6 employees saw me sitting there with no water and walked away. We got so frustrated at this point we walked out. Why take appointments if you do not stand by it? On top of this, we all walked out with itchy and swollen throats. There was such a strong odor and no airway for it to go anywhere. I never leave reviews for any bad experience but I was so angry and disappointed in a business.

Do not get your eyebrows done here . They like to practice on customers. Will rip your eyebrow off and then have you pay , do not get your eyebrows done here

Kira is the best good actually in this place nails are excellent. But to me personally Kira is very delicate and careful with her work and especially she speaks Spanish which is my language. I highly recommend this place

Both me and my daughter got a pedicure done and a full set, I had to go back the very next day because they were absolutely awful and needed them redone and Vivian did them then a day later both me and my daughter got infection from their pedicure, I had to leave work early because it actually gave me a fever, and my toe was on fire, my daughters toe turned purple and we both had to be put on antibiotics. I don't know that, but after John fixed them my nail broke an hour later and five other nails completely chipped when I called on the phone, they said no problem. I'll give you a refund and when I went in there, they would not do that and kept telling me they would redo them. I said why would I want you to redo them when you already gave me an infection and failed twice on my nails. A friend of mine told me that multiple people have gotten infections here bc they are filthy. Don't ever go here. My attorney will be reaching out as well. Absolutely awful

My wife made an appointment to get her nails done with her friend and when they got there they only had one person available and told them it would be an hour so my wife and her friend leave because they didnāt want to leave and the guy followed them to the car and told them not to come back all because they canceled their appointment

Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had. Had the unfortunate chance of getting someone who honestly didn't know the first thing about customer service or how to treat/talk to someone. Got told she couldn't go any shorter because "the powder will make it look short". Got told about how short my nails were twice. Never got asked throughout the service if I was okay with anything. To top that all off she had no idea how to do the design, which if you can't that's totally fine but speak up and say something about not being able to do it instead of me having to tell you you obviously don't know what you're doing with that specific design and ask if I can choose something else. Overall I wasted $46 and about an hour of my time. I'll never be back, rest assured.

The nail tech I wonāt mention names completely ignored my directions. 3 times in a row she just didnāt listen. Iām also very offended when being vocal in her native tongue and you damn well sheās cursing you out. My nails are paper thin because sheās in a rush to keep making money. Iām not accepting service less than what Iām entitled to if Iām paying.

I"ve never experienced being so embarrassed in my life she had 4 people come over to look at my one toe that i had surgery on really. Will never go back there ever again and said nope dont want to paint my toe nails and i left but charged me the full amount.
