Wayne, Char, and Sam have been a pleasure dealing with! This is our 2nd vehicle we have brought to ATD, and again we couldn't be happier with the results on our Nissan Sentra,! From booking the appointment with Char and Sam to the Attention to All the Details😁, by Wayne and His staff! Highly recommend choosing ATD, before any other shop around!

I’ve used Wayne a few times in the past. This time I bought a gift card for my wife for Christmas. It took months for him to return my call and then when we finally scheduled, he “no called no-show”. I rescheduled for two weeks later. canceled again. After I got upset he said he was coming in the afternoon and never showed up. He constantly blames Samantha for his scheduling.
Then he came the next day and seemed very off. He was in and out of his car 20 times and left 4 different times. At 5 o’clock he told me it was not going to be finished. I was very frustrated and told him I want my money back. Then later that night I offered to give him a chance to finish the job the next day. He told me he would be there at noon. Once again, no call no-show canceled at 1 o’clock.
He still has my money and did not do the job. I’m still waiting for a refund. it’s been four days and he has not answering or returning my calls. Do not give him a deposit. Do not buy a gift card. I don’t recommend using this company. This review will come down if he gives me my money back.

We brought in our honda pilot because our interior was horrible. We have 2 young kids and 3 dogs and take this car everywhere so you could imagine. When we got the car back there wasn't even a speck of sand to be found in the entire car. I couldn't recommend enough and will be getting our other car in soon for the same.

They came to my place to clean my messy interior. I had broken glass (and over a year’s worth of dog hair) covering the inside of my car. Every nook and cranny was cleaned. The inside looks like new.

Dropped of a vehicle for an exterior only detail for road paint on the vehicle. $1000 and over a week later , received the vehicle back with a burn hole in the seat that was not there when we dropped it off.I also received the vehicle back on empty and an extra 80 miles on it from when we dropped it off. The few times I called I was told that the gentleman is at the doctor or having a procedure done. So I guess I know where the miles and no gas came from.I have spoke to two separate ladies that are very pleasant and said someone would get get back to me, but over a month later I am being ghosted with no calls back or being put on hold for 15 plus min. This was an insurance claim though a MAJOR carrier, being our sublet facility that I have recommended many customer to over the 2 years we have been at this location, I was hoping for a better outcome. We are not looking to get reimbursed for the detail that was performed as that was decent, but for the seat that was damaged that my business paid for to settle with our customer.I will not be recommending your services to anyone furtherService: Auto detailing

3rd time going, fantastic job all around. The first time I went, I dropped off my 06 jeep sat for 2 years. The interior was terrible. They cleaned it up in 5 hours and made it look like it came out of the dealership.
