These people working here wouldn’t tow my car to my house after an accident that wasn’t even my fault when my car wouldn’t make it home,. but they'll charge you 150 bucks to go even farther away to their lot. A shame that the cops work together with a body shop like this to exploit anyone who gets into an accident whether it’s your fault or not. The guy on the phone gave me attitude almost immediately as soon as he heard the problem and brushed it off as if it was nothing. And the kicker is the fact that even after all that they still charge me another 100 in “yard fees” and “mileage/fuel charges”. If you get into an accident in brick township GET YOUR OWN TOW COMPANY! They will absolutely scam you in every way they can and do nothing to help in any type of these situations. They don’t deserve anybody’s business and shouldn’t be allowed to stay in business!

I was advised by car mechanics Specialty Auto to use Andrew's Auto Body and was slightly apprehensive not knowing what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm greeting and very professional service. I have not had the work done yet as a part has to be ordered but am confident they will do a great job.

Spectacle service from start to finish. Professional staff, amazing communication from everyone handling my car. I knew exactly what was happening. They worked with my insurance company. Emailed me called me and emailed me ahead of time to tell me what was happening. I had my car back 7days ahead of schedule. This is the second time I have had to use them due to others hitting my car. I can not thank them enough. Love love love them.

I wish they had a 0 Star Button !! This is a Warning to Run don't walk from this place !!! Customer Service is Beyond Poor !! Sandy at the Front Desk needs to Retire ASAP !! Extremely Rude and terrible customer service But unfortunately the apple doesn't fall far from the tree..Michael was equally as condescending and rude !! Fortunately I didn't have work done there and upon arrival to pick up my vehicle they purposely parked it as close to Princeton Ave hanging off their property and squeezed between 2 poles..I will be posting video to SociAl media to further warn People !! These people are spitefuland Vindictive!! I actually pity them but feel the need to warn others !!!!!

I just had my car fixed . Branch fell on my car . They made the process very easy for us with the insurance company and fixed my car with the time frame they said and with no issues. The staff are very friendly and I highly recommend this place.

When my daughter’s catalytic converter was stolen, Andrew’s repaired the car and installed an anti-theft device so that we wouldn’t have to go through this again. They repaired the car in a timely fashion and did an excellent job.They are friendly and trustworthy. We highlyrecommend them.

I have been in Business for 44 Years and Know what great Customer Service is all about, And let me tell you, These People do everything Right!!! ! I just picked up my car that was involved in a front end collision . The Vehicle is better then New!!! What a Smooth Painless process they made it!! Highly recommend them. GREAT JOB GUYS!!! Reeves

I am a local small business owner and a Veteran. I am also married to a Disabled Veteran. I was on my way to dinner and was rear-ended by another Disabled Veteran. Not the biggest deal in the world but upsetting to my wife regardless.The owner of Andrews Auto Body Fixed it up while we waited. He was extremely respectful and was unwilling to accept any payment from the man who hit me. I found this to be exceptional behavior in a world where you don't see honorable acts on a regular basis.He simply buffed out some surface scratches and painted a small fingernail sized spot, but the damage just disappeared.I can't speak to how they run their business or the quality of a very involved project, but the owner has a very high level of respect as far I'm concerned.That's just good business.Thank you!

I brought my Honda here for an insurance claim. They were very professional and handled issues quickly. I would definitely recommend them for auto body repair. My car looks brand new.

Why is my review hidden & only seen when signed in? The only low star reviews are from 3 years ago , this is the 3rd time I left a review the other 2 were removed due to they do not like hearing the truth, nothing left in review went against Googles policies on reviews. That alone speakers in volumes. I bet if I lied & left a 5 star positive review it would be on top .Do not be fooled by the positive reviews you read they can be purchased very easily. Do not be fooled by their phony kindness they do not care they only care about how much money they can get out of you with their cunning ways. There should be a option to give -0 stars they have no clue what they are doing , I don’t write reviews but if your reading this and value your vehicle do not bring it here, you would be better off taking it to a Macco . Someone from the state needs to look into this place and their shady business practices. I don’t get how they made it thus far in business , I guess majority of people don’t know , don’t care or just give up I don’t know how you could not know when your truck comes back 2 different colors. They have no business being in any kind of business, places like this give honest body shops/repair shops a bad name .Services: Painting
