Nicholas was knowledgeable, honest, and extremely helpful. He explained everything to me in exact detail so I know what to expect on my first bill. He ensured me that I could reach out with any questions or come in for any help needed setting up the new phone. He was patient and kind even when I asked him the same questions over and over. Not because he didn't explain it well, but because I'm extremely forgetful. He was a very kind and helpful associate.

Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend him. Chris was very helpful too. Kept checking to see if we needed anything. But Nick was totally on par.

Yesterday I went to the Brick ATT store for assistance to pair my watch to my phone. Walked in without an appointment and only waited a few minutes . Karina provided excellent customer service. She figured out what the problem was and went beyond running the phone updates that were needed to add the watch to my phone! Her pleasant personality made the time it took go by quickly! She is a shining star in the customer service world!
