I saw Dr Shanley today for my cat Opie, he had a high fever, gunk in his eye and just was not himself. Everyone was so nice and gentle with my boy. Dr Shanley explained everything, answered all of my questions, and was not in a rush to leave for the next appointment, I am extremely pleased. Also, the price was very do-able for everything that was done. Thank you all at Banfield!!! 🐈⬛❤️

Good local vet with caring personnel. Best to make an appointment because sometimes they are very busy so emergencies cannot be seen..

Been talking my dogs there for 13 years. They are great. When my first dog passed, they handled everything, now my Little Buddy is been going there for almost 13 years, there great!

I had two incredibly disturbing visits at Banfield in brick, New Jersey. Both visits involved dr Mohima Dev. The second visit involved a family member of hers. They both argued aggressively in front of me about whether Roma needed a fecal exam. On my first visit I was told I can come back and drop off a fecal sample and pay for the test but not a visit. When I set up my fecal drop off not only was I told I had to pay for another visit I also had to pay for a blood test. I was never told about this blood test. I was desperate because I needed Roma’s flea and tick medication. I believe this boy hurt Roma while drawing blood. It took him several minutes. He claimed to be having “a bad day”. Both visits were very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. I will not be bringing Roma back and I am letting everyone know about what a terrible experience Roma and I had.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Banfield Pet Hospital in Brick, NJ. I was clearly told by staff that I only needed to bring in a fecal sample and pay for the test—no mention of an additional visit or extra charges. Now I’m being told I must pay for both an expensive office visit and another test. This kind of bait-and-switch is unacceptable. Dr. Mohima Dev, in particular, demonstrated a lack of transparency and seemed more focused on money than the well-being of my dog. I cannot recommend this location to any responsible pet owner.

On March 24 took Fluffy for an yearly check up and inquired the vet about traveling by plane overseas. She said no problem. I went and scheduled and paid for the trip (me, my husband and the dog). Went back to Banfield, Brick and informed them of my traveling arrangements. A couple of weeks later got a phone call stating that Fluffy couldn't travel due to the fact she needed a rabies shot. Fluffy go a rabies shot in 2023, valid till 2026. My question is why they didn't figure that on time???

We brought our 19 year old dog in yesterday to be put down, they were so kind, especially the vet! She talked so sweetly to our Holly as she left this world and transitioned over the rainbow bridge, she even sang to her. I have to say, as painful and sad this was, the vet and staff made it so very peaceful! Thank you so very much for being exceptional! 🙏💕
