Good location, store is well stocked and clean. I do think more charging stations or sockets should be available for those who are using laptops tho… it kinda creates a mad dash for tables located next to sockets. I had to stalk the coveted table next to a plug so I could study for Nclex. The coffee area located in the store sells Starbucks items but is a little pricey.

The people that work in starbucks, have a bad customer service. when u get asked “ what would u want” they make a face while there taking your order. They were really rude and i did not like that. It’s been the 4th time. Need better workers.

B&N is going downhill.
Bought 3 small magazines for my flight and it cost me $40.
I thought I would be saving money but it cost more then at an airport.

Edit: Went There Today October 29, 2024 the lady at the front where you check out was extremely condescending!!! She was probably in her 70s? Maybe early 80s long grey hair shaped very round I was just trying to have a nice friendly conversation with her and she gave me the biggest Tude.. my mom thinks it’s because we couldn’t afford to buy a book but still THATS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO GIVE ANYONE A CONDESCENDING TUDE! (Idk what her name is)

Love coming for storytime with my kids, most of the staff is so nice and understanding when it comes to all the small children. Unfortunately the woman who reads the stories is rather rude and has very little patience when it comes to the kids making it less enjoyable for them.
