This is so painful, I have noticed the watered down hand soaps but... i ignored and went ahead stocking up on the refills... I hate that I have 99% of water and 1% of whatever... even the wall plugs is not like before... it's not cheap guys... so please do better.

I was shopping in there with my two daughters. I had a bag that knocked over a perfume and knocked off the top. The employee looked at me and rolled her eyes. Another person shopping in there had a big bag and was walking past her. She rolled her eyes and put her hands up like if you don’t wanna work here then don’t you’re here to help people not look at them funny The cashier had the same attitude. I didn’t appreciate being in there shopping in there spending my money in there to get treated like that.

i have never seen such an unfriendly crew of people like at this location…. usually other stores of this chain set the standars everybody says hello and offers help NOT HERE … theyll make a point of ignoring the customers… all led by the manager that has “resting face” . be careful with the candles…. i had a family member that had to go to the hospital with a burnt finger because the candle after being lit up caught on fire making the glass more prone to breaking . theres no other reason then the CHEAP glasss that the company uses…… 250 dollars later in hopital bills we should have sue them ? needless to say will never buy candles here. this would have never happened with a yankee candle who obviously uses better materials . this company also took away the large size hand sanitizers… shame.

False advertising. They had a sign in the window that said select items 75% off yet there was no sale in the store they had one candle marked down 50% off.

I went into the store today and the women there were very pleasant and helpful ! I want to send a special shout out to a young girl named Kristen ! She asked if I would like to try this scent and sprayed it on my wrist I fell in love with it and wound up buying 2 of that spray emerald mist ! She told me that was also her favorite ! One of my best customer service experienced by far ! We need more people like Kristen's passion for her job and welcoming people great job and kudos to whoever hired this amazing person.
