I have never been disrespected in a fragrance store prior to going to this Ulta. The lady in charge of the fragrances was disrespectful and rude. When asking about a particular fragrance, she responded with "no questions," when we had full intent of purchasing. Never buying from this store.

I used to only get my brows done but got a full face wax yesterday. My make up has never gone on smoother. My skin feels soft and I love that I don’t have to worry about peach fuzz. I work for Ulta but I’ve never done this service before but now I will do it all the time. Gianna is a true artist with brows and waxing.

My girlfriend got her lip waxed and eyebrows shaped and waxed. They looked so good I let her wax my eyebrows as a dude who has crazy eyebrows.Shes awesome great job and great personality

I’m an associate at Ulta and before I started working here I only got my eyebrows done once by someone else. Horrible experience. With Gianna, I felt like I could tell her about my concerns and I felt comfortable. Never going to anyone else!

Gianna did my daughter's eyebrows today and to say that we were happy with her service is an understatement. Gianna is professional, incredibly kind and did an amazing job. She walked my daughter through each step and made sure she was happy with it all. We will both be returning clients now!

Gianna is amazing. Just by shaping and waxing she makes my minuscule brows look shapely and full. I started with her a year ago and will not give elsewhere again - no more bad waxes for me.

I’ve been seeing Gianna for a few years now and I won’t let anyone else touch my brows. I even moved down to the Atlantic City area last summer and I still make the trip to Brick once a month so she can do my brows. Love her and her work!

ive worked with gianna for a little over 6 months and i can honestly say that she is the best of the best with what she does. she is very flexible with timing and always tries to work around salon clients appointments and scheduling. She absolutely is on top of her game and leaves every employee and client with perfect brows each time!
