I have tried Geek Squad at this location twice now. Both times they claimed there was nothing they could do to help me. I eventually fixed one issue myself (and it seems like something a tech expert should have been able to figure out) and took the other to a different tech location that fixed it. I gave them 2 stars only b/c the one person who worked there seemed nice at least. I won't waste my time with them again.

If you follow Wall Street, you'll see this company's stock is down almost 10% from its 52-week high, and 38% off from November 22, 2021. All you need do is attempt to do business with any staff member (online or in person) and you'll see why... The phone will ring endlessly on most days; However, if you do get a staff member on the phone, you'll never receive any useful information. Zero knowledge, and Less than Zero communication skills. *Likely calls are routed to an overseas call center... If you happen to venture into one of their retail outlets, it's actually FAR worse! I recently traveled to the Brick NJ location with significant purchases in mind. Online info from company web page lists items as "in stock and available." Easy enough one would think, right? Somewhat hard to lose a sale when a customer agrees "in advance" to the advertised price and items are all in stock and ready for purchase... I was able to locate all items, but needed some assistance... MANY employees on the clock, but not ONE soul was interested in working. I interrupted a young salesman who was very preoccupied with texting on company time. After I interrupted his social texting, he had ZERO knowledge of any the Sonny Equipment he was leaning up against. Accordingly, I asked for a manager's assistance, but none were ever produced. This was my third and final attempt dealing with Best Buy. Next day, I traveled to a smaller Authorized Sony distributor in Lakewood. I was immediately greeted by a young staff member who was knowledgeable, professional and VERY eager to help! Spent $3,700 on audio equipment and ordered an $8,900 85-inch Flat Screen Smart TV. Discounts offered were actually better than Best Buy and their knowledge & service was by FAR Superior! If you're an educated buyer, forget Best Buy!! If you're an Investor interested in taking a Best Buy Position, Best to SHORT this company stock! Best Buy is FAR from Best?!

I went into the Brick Location, Store 475 to last minute to grab a new set of AirPods as a Valentines Day Gift for my girlfriend and the youg lady who assisted me was great. She had very great energy and was extremly pleasant. The young lady's name was Jordan Malandro and I appreciate her kindness and willingness to help. It is a plus to have employee's like her, I am grateful to her for her great customer service.

I have been living without a refrigerator for 2 weeks. When I ordered it the Best Buy associate said it would be delivered in 3 days. Then I started getting texts saying it would be 2 + 1/2 weeks. I called back two more times and they promised it would be in 3 days. I have now been waiting 2 weeks. Their prices may be better than other places, but don't order a refrigerator or anything you need quickly.

What a joke so unhelpful and unwelcoming it’s not even funny. Make sure you ask Jake for help because his face will let you know how busy he is and how much of a disturbance you are for asking for assistance. One of the best things is in this store you can just stand in the back with all of your fellow employees and do nothing all while still being paid!!! Haha enjoy the $18.50 per hour for the rest of your life. The best that Bricktown has to offer lol local losers. You should have pride in your employment do your best don’t just get by doing the bare minimum. Such a shame. Amazon it is from now on for anything Bestbuy sells. ????

Best Buy's Geek Squad is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I recommend going to a different geek squad from a different location. Their services are terrible. They do not know what they are doing at all. There services are completely horrendous and rude. Jessica the Geek Squad manager is insanely rude and disrespectful. Best Buy Geek Squad of Brick does not know anything about computers.

I recently bought a TV from this location and the employee that helped me with my purchase was very nice and helpful. It was delivered this past week and the young man Chris delivered it and set it up perfectly, and showed me some tips on the new remote.

Don't bother getting the geek squad insurance. They don't do anything. Went there for my Samsung phone, paying the 179.99 yearly subscription for total coverage. Couldn't do anything for my phone, suggested I go see my carrier. Called Samsung IT, and they were able to fix it in an hour. No yearly subscription needed. 1st and last time dealing with those jokers. Saw two customers come in and were denied any type of service. "No we don't do that here." And how is your diagnostic machine been broken for two years?! That's absurd... Nope, never again. Also the young lady who set up my wife, mother in law, my daughter and my phone, never put in the actual promotion. So we have to fight with my carrier to get the promotion that has now been expired... Thanks Best Buys for making it a worst buys.

Used to like coming here to browse (and buy) electronics and movies. Now new movies are never on display on release day, and one of the short pudgy girls (that seems fairly new) that works the register lately is always nasty as hell over having to deal with easy to fix issues. I cringe whenever I see her working because she's such a misery to deal with. I'm done.

There's nothing to describe.. you either like vintage 1980 toys and collectibles, or you don't. Just walking around the store is an experience in it's self and brings back memories.
