Amazing store with beautiful product. Tony who owns the store is so helpful. Bought all my tile there for a bathroom remodel. Purchasing tile for my kitchen and dining room next. Highly recommend

Absolute worst. If anything happens which would require you to contact them to have an issue fixed- good luck. Less than a year after my counter was installed, the seam split. I called and emailed for around 6 months and couldn't get anyone to even give me the time of day. no answer, no call backs, and then when I finally spoke to them, he brushed me off and told me i would need to wait until he could get someone in my area. Its been 1 year and 3 months since I first tried contacting them to get this issue fixed and finally someone is coming out this week to look at it. And thats only because we eventually figured out how to bypass them and contact the actual company that comes out to install. The guy was rude and dismissive. Once they have your money, good luck getting any issue resolved. So disappointed.

they are unreliable and dishonest I wanted to give my business to a small local company but i should of stuck with Home Depot where my service was excellent for the rest of my kitchen remodel.

My countertop was chipped shortly after brick tile installed it. But after repeated calls to have chip repaired and to have bottom of tile backsplash chalked which has washed away they have not responded even after I offered to pay for repair’s.

We are putting up an addition for my parents. My contractor recommended Brick Tile and Stone. I took my mother there to pick out her flooring but to our surprise they were able to handle much more than that. My mom was able to get her flooring, bathroom tile, fixtures, vanity, counter, sink and countertops. They also helped ease her mind with placement of grab bars for helping my step-dad in the shower. They were extremely patient, very informative and helped us with designs. They made the entire process easy. My mom was thrilled she could get all her needs taken care of in one place and they were amazing to work with.

Nice selection. Installer did a great job on my kitchen backsplash. Took extreme care to keep mess and dust out of the house.

Very happy we went with Brick Tile! Our floor was finished a day ahead of schedule and looks fantastic. Our installer was both punctual and professional. Highly recommend!

My experience with Brick Tile & Stone was amazing. Tony and his staff at the store made me feel comfortable every time I went in and were super helpful with my back and forth on all the fabulous choices of products. We hit a roadblock when installation began and mold was found behind our kitchen sink wall. They were immediately on top of the issue and recommended a wonderful mold remediation company, Greenworks Environmental, LLC, who came right out to assist. We were back on track in no time and the entire project was completed with success in a decent timeframe, especially during these times! I can't stress enough how amazing his installer is! Fred not only gave us the best recommendations throughout the project but when the unexpected issues popped up - as they always do - he was there to help ease my nerves! He really knows his stuff and does beautiful work. Our kitchen came out beautiful and I still can't stop staring at it! Thank you Tony and team! Great job!

Love local business that looks out for their customers. When it came time to rip and replace a clients kitchen, Tony and his Team stopped the job when they discovered a huge hidden mold challenge. They recommended GreenWorks to help. We had them back up and running in just a few days. Definitely the type of folks I like to deal with when it comes to the safety of my home and family.

I can't even begin to to tell you how helpful and patient Tony and staff are!! At the end of my bathroom renovation my tile installer came up ONE single tile short. Tony went as far as to ruin his display board to give me the one tile so my contractor didn't have to wait another week. Brick tile and stone goes above and beyond for their customers and were a pleasure to do business with! Please support locally you won't be disappointed!
