Outstanding service. I was looking for a very unique machine screw. SS 1/4" x 2" x 20 Truss head 6 lobe machine. Nobody in my area or online had it. I literally checked dozens of sites. Then I came across CDE. They typically only sell in bulk but I checked with them and they happened to have a partial box and offered that to me. I ordered it. They had the order processed in minutes. Very impressed.

Found CDE Fasteners searching for a particular screw. Printed the fact sheet from their great website which was very easy to search with. I was surprised to see that they were local, (less than 10 miles) and I had not heard of them. Went to the store and was greeted with a handshake and a smile. They were very friendly and went out of their way to find what I was looking for and even offered me their laptop to set up an account and place the order for what I needed. I'm only sorry I hadn't found them sooner. Awesome people, great store. Give them a call. You won't be sorry.

Been doing business with CDE for a while now. They supply all of the screws we use to install permanent holiday lights. They always make the extra effort to get me all the painted screws I need at a great price, and they typically arrive in a few days. I feel like they value my business and their communication is top-notch.

I ordered Simpson structural straps for an exterior application. The catalog description was not clear and when the product arrived it had a protective finish not suitable for an exterior application. CDE Fasteners contacted Simpson and found the required product with the desired finish at a warehouse in Texas. Within 24 hours of my initial call CDE Fasteners had found the product and had it shipped. Because weather is a critical element with this project, having this issue resolved quickly and professionally was of upmost importance to me. CDE Fasteners has proven to be very efficient and professional.
