I went in to get $360 in smaller bills. I did not count it until I got to work, but I was shorted $10!! I called the bank 20 times before I finally got through to someone. They did admit the error and credited my account. I am extremely unhappy!!

I'd give zero stars if i could. If you are opening a business account, go elsewhere. We've been fighting with them for a week to give us the money for a deposited check. We were given 3 different stories as to why our funds weren't available. Most recently they wanted proof it cleared the bank it was from. That's after we proved them wrong on the first 2 stories. We got the proof and according to that bank, Chase can see online it's cleared/funds were released. Needless to say we reported it including the proof of fund clearance. Don't bother for business, save yourself the headache.PS - Their ATMs are always out of service.

Fast, clean and quiet with plenty of parking. Well staffed. It's worth the driving the extra few minutes to this branch just to avoid the lines.

Usually amazing but this morning was horrendous. I stopped in at about 9:00 a.m. to make a deposit on the way to a doctor's appointment. There was only one teller and he was serving a man who was obviously quite self-important. After 15 minutes online with no sign of this man's banking being over, I asked if there was another teller. The customer rudely turned around and said "it doesn't look like it, does it?" I waited another 10 minutes for a total of 25 minutes. Not once did the teller bother to say "sorry folks, I'll be right with you," or "it will just be another few minutes." Nothing. That teller (young male) needs further training, especially in customer service. This is inexcusable. No one customer is so important that he or she should monopolize a teller for almost half an hour!!

Wow this bank is extremley unprofessional and does not know how to handle simple problems. I waited in the DRIVE THROUGH atm line like everyone else but this man who was "running late" walked up and cut us WITHOUT HIS vehicle. I called and spoke to the tellers inside to express that we have been waiting and since he was " running late" there was nothing they could do. If you have no where to be and time to waste come to this bank and let people walk up in front of you while its your turn and watch the show begin!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This bank wastes your time. I called and requested documents with my mom when I went to pick them up they told me first no one talked to me. Then they said someone remembered talking to me but didn’t say he would give the documents to me. This branch is very untruthful. I do not trust the employees here anymore. I will drive a little farther and go to the new chase bank near the blueclaws stadium.

Took 10 calls over an hour just to get someone on the phone. Only to be told I cant even see someone for 3 weeks. The business I need done has to be done in person. They are not making any exceptions and not adjusting business practices during this "pandemic".
