I recently had a very smooth experience here. I ordered new tires and was told it could take up to 10 days, but they called me the very next morning saying they were in and ready to install. The whole process took about an hour and a half. The staff were very transparent, and efficient. The experience was hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Extremely Disappointed - Felt Misled
I usually trust Costco for quality and honesty, but this recent experience at their tire center was beyond frustrating. I came in expecting a simple tire service, and instead, I was told that if I didn't replace all four tires, my transmission could explode. Really? That sounds like scare tactics to upsell tires I didn't need. I'm not a mechanic, but I know enough to realize how absurd that sounds.
To make matters worse, after reluctantly going through with the service, they told me I needed to come back after 25 miles so they could check if the tire was going to fall off. If your installation is so questionable that I need a follow-up visit just to make sure the tire won't come off, that's a serious red flag.
On top of all that, there was no waiting room. I had to stand outside in the hot sun the entire time with nowhere to sit and no shade. That kind of disregard for customer comfort and experience is unacceptable, especially at a large company like Costco.
Overall, I felt taken advantage of, misled, and disrespected. Definitely not the level of integrity or professionalism I expected from Costco, and I won't be returning to their tire center.

Just had my fourth new set of tires installed here (three cars). They do a good job balancing and mounting tires. Alex is especially professional and very nice. He apologized for another worker who gave direction to me in a certain tone. Nothing disrespectful. Still nice of him to apologize.

Pretty sure they damaged my air sensors on purpose to sell me new ones and also claimed they couldn’t patch a hole that another nearby shop did for $20

Tire center is a mess. Over booking, employees don't come to work, they don't want to plug a tire just sell you new ones, they can't follow customers instructions, their estimated time to get your car in is nothing but a lie, and I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Order your tires from Tire Rack shipped to your house and take them anywhere to be put on except COSTCO in BRICK, NJ.

Having my tires rotated here every 6000 miles they need to pay attention of how they are wearing all of my tires are scalloped and making noise. I needed a re-alignment.They should replace my tires but they won’t

Have to say it. The're one of the few solid tire shops in the area. I have used Costco tire service for 5 cars between my family and every time I can't be happier with the overall effort and care I was given each time. The counter advisor, Jacob, has helped us the majority of the time and each time you actually get attention and conversation. Not just give me your money and get out of here as some other shops can provide. My wife was given an explanation when she had a tire pressure sensor issue and options. I can't be any happier or more comfortable leaving my cars in their care.

I usually just don't shout out pickles but this is the only place I can get them is at Costco and for $10. You can't go wrong. The best pickles I have tasted so far. these pickles are amazing, if you're a pickle lover these are definitely it. 5 outta 5

They have the stupidest customer service. If you have a question or want to open a new membership you have to stand in the line that says merchandise returns. You have to wait through all those returns even for just a question. Yeah I want to belong to that club. Not! Also to cancel your membership you have to go to the store! Absolutely ridiculous!!

we asked our son to stop at costco in Brick NJ and pick up dog pads for us we were unable to get out due to chemo and bad back and hip. they refused to let him shop for us snd pretty much told him to shop somewhere else. what!! we are members as long as you have been in our town and this is what we get for patronizing you company for all those years. not happy with you right now.
