I went for a tire patch. I showed the front end guy a photo of the screw puncture and recommended that the tire be replaced, not one but both of them. So I asked for a second opinion. I pulled over in the back and ask the guy name nice guy Alex if my tire can still be replaced. He was very open and told me he will look at it. He did fix my tires. Overall great service. For only $12.

Terrible service with rude employees. Wait times are ridiculous. Prices are decent but not worth the hassle.

I got to Costco after getting a dead battery jumped, knowing that they have my size battery and stock. After removing the old battery and putting it in a shopping cart, I wielded in to the automotive center and purchase the new battery.During checkout, they said I was a few days past the expiration of my membership. I assured them I would renew it later on but I just needed to buy battery now because essentially my vehicle was now disabled in their parking lot. I explained that I just wanted to pay for the battery and get back to my mom who was just released from the hospital, and they basically said that's not our problem. That's after I escalated to a manager. This membership is over 20 years old, I can't imagine how heartless A manager could be to not override one purchase for an account that's a few days overdue, leaving me disabled in the parking lot. I could understand if I was buying a skeleton from my front yard or something unimportant, or even food, but to strand me in the parking lot, I just can't wrap my head around why another human being would do that.

Nothing beats Costco. Try to get there in the morning. It can be a real mad house, but maybe that's part of the appeal

Bought new tires at Costco and got the free install deal. During install they stripped the outside of one lug nut and didn’t have the tools to take it off. After going to three different mechanics (who were all surprised at the work on the lug nut Costco did), I was able to find someone who struggled with it until they got it off. Went back to Costco for the last tire and asked them to cover the bill for the lug nut they damaged (just $30), since they could have stopped the work rather than stripping the outside all the way through . After 20 minutes of arguing and pretty much being told it’s my cars fault and not theirs, they refused to pay or offer any solution on their behalf. Never going back.

Ordinarily I'd struggle to find anything bad to say about Costco but back to the quarters with the shopping carts????? Really? Do I need to be the only voice of reason with the Delta variant looming and the rise in COVID in NJ with the resistance to vaccinate (yes, do what you want, your body, your choice), but I don't feel like struggling with a quarter and six broken carts for ten minutes before I get into the store while ten families from Lakewood where no one is vaccinated and covid cases are sky high saunter by without masks like it's a day at the beach. So Sams club, here I come, bc there they are back to cleaning individual carts and handing them wiped down to customers and taking things seriously. Not sure what bottom up logic is prevailing at the Costco in brick but it's laughable and so are all the high school educated brainiacs who have decided they've got a medical degree and they're going to take a stand now on health policy (all while snarfing down pork roll, egg and cheese and DIET coke and pontificating about their health concerns!!! ). Yeah. Let's sit back and watch this unravel. It will be entertaining watching them run for help to the doctors they eschewed in the first place ...
