horrible horrible pharmacy no professional attitude from the pharmacist and her techs definitely need some refresh on how to be a kind Individuals never never was I treated in such a bad man or I was in customer service for 40 years they should be ashamed of themselves especially when dealing with people who are dealing with issues in there life! Don't go there! You deserve bete!

Please remember your pharmacist is a Doctor. The Pharmacist here is fabulous. Very happy with this “Dr”. Her staff is also great. Please be patient when they are slammed. Hope I don’t have to deal with the pharmacy much but when I do, they do an awesome job, and rarely have any issues.

I fill my monthly script with them every month for over a year now, I've never had an issues or problems from them. I actually used to use the cvs in Howell but ran into multiple problems with them and found this location. yes they are priced to gouge in every aisle but the staff has always been helpful and respectful in my opinion

I guess we all know why most reviews are 1 star, medicine isn't discretionary and they know it! They will make you do whatever they want because you have no choice. Dropped off prescription 1st of month due to be filled the 15th (was going away for 10 days). Reviewed with pharmacist at that time, tried to pick up the 21st. No prescription, a different pharmacist didn't like where the doctor put the dispense date! After I bitched they filled it. When I ask about being 5 short They insist I got all 30. After screaming match I walked out. When I started with this pharmacy a year ago I had save almost 50 pills, including the last 5 they screwed me out of I'm now down to about 20. Because I take Percocet for vicious RLS I am subject to such ridiculous rules. Just like baby formula there have already been shortages. I cannot go back to having seizures every night for hours and not sleeping. Nobody cares including the Neurologist . TIME TO CHANGE BOTH!

I'd give zero stars if I could. Extremely rude staff. Especially those in pharmacy. 6 people in the pharmacy and it takes over 24 hours to fill a prescription. Attempted to correct an issue with insurance to which a pharmacy tech told me that's "not her problem" and to figure it out. Never again. I'll take my business elsewhere. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Is if possible for upper management to take control of the pharmacy? The staff and certain techs can be highly rude and short with customers and staff. I've watched amazing techs transfer or leave due to this issue as well. I'm in the process of leaving the pharmacy service since it is always understaffed and filled with not customer friendly staff.

Don’t bother calling no one picks up. Oh and if they do they do it just to hang up on you immediately. When you go into the pharmacy after you have been fed up never getting through to anyone, believe me you are treated as an inconvenience for standing there as they just don’t have time for you.

I've been dealing with cvs and this stupid pulse oximeter for the last couple of weeks with absolutely no solution. I got very sick with covid and my oncologist wanted me to have a pulse oximeter at home to keep track of my oxygen levels. Obviously I couldn't go out because of the covid so I had one delivered through Instacart. From the minute I removed it from its packaging it didn't work. I called the store and asked if I could return it through Instacart because I'm still quarantined and cannot bring it back myself. They told me no. They said when I wasn't contagious anymore I could bring it back. I said I need one that works NOW...not when I'm all better. The girl on the phone said "you bought a cheap one so you get what you pay for". I was floored. I'm glad cvs admits they sell junk with their brand name on it but how about NOT selling junk so people don't just throw away $50 on something that doesn't work? I'm still shocked that she said this. I ordered one from another store and won't be utilizing Cvs's services any longer. If their employees don't have faith in their products then why should I?
