Can never get a live person without leaving a voicemail and cannot leave a CC on file for easy pick up or delivery. This is all new. Very sad been using CVS a long time. Time to try Walgreens or elsewhere

I went to get my prescription medicine filled there for the first time.This company ripped me off I have never paid so much same meds any where I have filled medication before. Insane prices! Very sad they like to ripped customers like that.

In person here has been great. Just had to call on the phone and the rudness and nasty attitude was a absolute disgrace. Whoever that was that answered the phone was just one of the rudest I'm clearly better than you humans I have ever spoken to. It took every ounce of energy in my not to give back what was being given to me. If it were a man I would have lost my ship on him but it was a woman who could learn something by reading first Timothy 2 11:14. To be clear just her got this store a bad rating cause 1 bad apple spoils the bunch the rest of this store has 0 issues hence the 2 star instead of 1

It was extremely frustrating that the pharmacy closed from 1:30 to 2:00. Just when I approached it at 1:32. I’ve been a loyal Customer of CVS stores for the past 30 years and never experienced this mid day closure in other CVS’s. I actually came in the Brick CVS store before 1:30 and spent $84. I paid at the register first so that I didn’t hold up the pharmacy line with all my items. It would be customer friendly to make an announcement to shoppers of your mid day closure.

The pharmacist Ulata should be fired. She is the one of the nastiest people I've ever dealt with. She has no business in the customer service industry. Thanks to Chris for clearing up her mess.

Impressed & complete satisfied with the CVS location @ Hooper Ave., Brick, NJ. Store setup & signage immediately assisted me in finding the item I searched. In the applicable aisle the sales person helped me without even asking.Then, @checkout Nicholas was enthusiastic, eager to offer helpful information, & encouraged me to search/use my rewards prog to gain valuable coupons for future shopping. Thank you all. I'll certainly be back when I have pharamacy or other retail needs!!

I've been going to CVS for over 25 years and I've never been disappointed. CVS always has what I need; they're friendly, responsive n professional. I can go into the store see the products read labels then make my choices, and always great parking. I love the app but I do like walking into the pharmacy to check out the latest inventory on new items. A big bonus is all the seasonal goods that are available.FYI nice selection of all those goto itemsLong time CVS customer
