Brought my vehicle in for service today I was very pleased with the service and the timely manner they made the repairs. The repairs were very reasonably priced. I will be returning for future needs.

I needed ball joints pressed into torsion arms for my classic VW Bus. So many local shops don't even have presses to do those kind of jobs anymore. Thankfully they were able to do it. It was a very busy shop but they were still able to have the ball joints installed in about an hour. Very courteous and understanding people working there. I will totally be a return customer for any other specialty work like that.

my first appointment here. been dealing with an oil leak for sometime where someone else said the leak is coming from the oil pan, it turned out to be a loose oil filter. leak fixed, no charge today. going back next week for heater hose. nice waiting room with coffee, tv, room enough to sit. everyone seems personable and professional. thanks to advanced auto across the street recommending them as being reputable

Get my oil changed there well worth it. Went in for a bad brake light on way home. Manager said pull up out front, mechanic came out changed bulb went inside to pay and was told have a good day no charge. I know where I'm going for more than an oil change from now on. Thank you

Needed a new mechanic and couldn’t be happier. Tom & everyone there amazing. Great people , honest workers , only place I know can still get an oil change at a decent price. Take both my cars there.

My first and last time to this shop. I took my dodge journey to this shop as it was not starting and check engine light was on. I was able to get it going so i drove to shop to drop it off. I received call from Tom next day that i needed a new battery even though the battery i had in car was only 11/2 years old (note the battery for this vehicle is in wheel well behind front tire and cables to jump start this car are under hood). I then received a call about hour later that they replaced the battery but i also needed a starter, now that they already had my vehicle i had no choice but to let them change the starter. I picked up car the next day, that night when i was coming home from work the car would not start again. I asked mechanic at work if he could give me jump so i could get home, when he popped the hood he showed me the positive cable was loose and covered with corrosion he tightened the cable and car started up. I spoke to Tom about this how his mechanic never even checked the cable under the hood cause if he did he would have seen the loose cable. Of course he gave me the old we always check this and he would speak to his mechanic and his mechanic must of FORGOT to tighten the cable which he obviously never even checked cause if he did how was it still covered with corrosion. He said he would talk to his mechanic and get back to me that never happened . Also the next day check engine light came back on so all i got out of them was a $773 bill and replacement of a good battery. Tom claims he has the starter and can show me it doesn’t work but amazingly the battery is gone. I will be disputing this and also contacting consumer affairs about there practices .

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH HOW THEY MADE MY DAY AFTER GETTING A FLAT. THEY TOOK ME RIGHT AWAY AND WERE SO VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY! THANK YOU SO MUCH. I WILL BE BACK FOR MY NEXT OIL CHANGE FOR SURE! I'M IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND IT IS GREAT TO FIND A GOOD MECHANIC SHOP.
