Well first of all..I called earlier in the day asking if they had any silver summer sandals in stock. She called me hon...put me on hold..came back on and said no. I happened to go to another store later in the day and stopped in. Dozens of silver sandals. They were garbage shoes at high prices ...there is no help on the floor at all. So I left. But if you're going to be a lazy liar hon...maybe working is not for you!

First time in. Store looks very messy. Sale signs randomly placed which makes you think things are marked down when they aren’t. When manager was asked about this, she was extremely rude. Will not go back to this location.

Service sucked. They had 1 cashier and she called for backup 5 times abandoned someone cane 5 minutes later. The manager was on the floor lollygagging and showed up 10 minutes later.

Could not pick up my online order, DSW canceled my order and i have not recover my money back, would not recommend.

customer service is lacking and when you do find someone to help you, they are rude and can’t even stop walking to answer your question. Not to mention the look of disgust of having to be bothered lol. Wow. Terrible.
