Disappointed with my gift. For my 55th birthday my daughter ordered me an arrangement. I was so excited about it because I usually get other fruit gifts from Shari's Berries and locally. I opened it up and the strawberries were not fresh and a little shriveled. Some were covered in chocolate and others weren't which is fine if they were plump and looked good. In addition to the lack of freshness they were not cleaned at all. They were dirty which made it so much worse. Driver was very friendly which is great. Just the quality of the fruit was lack luster.

The staff at Edible Arrangements of Brick are simply amazing.. The order was not only delivered on time, but early (always a plus in my book)..Thank you Maria for your excellent service!!! I will definitely be ordering again.

what a joke. both locations did not answer phone after being open for at least an hour a piece. brick and toms river, have to listen to a lengthy message about covid and staff shortages, blah blah blah, and how they deliver until 8 pm with no time guatanteguarantee. how does an establishment like this stay in business when you can't even answer yhe phone?

Never waste your time and money buying from these thieves. The arrangement was TINY! There was very little on it. The melon was hard and far from ripe. The rude person that delivered it went to the wrong address. He told me that the person that ordered this did not know my address. My wife purchased this, and I'm certain that she knows where she lives. When I gave him the correct address, he argued with me about the address. And somehow the item got smaller and the price doubled. For example, my wife was told the balloon was included, and they charged for it. A $45.00 bouquet ended up costing almost $90.00. You can do a LOT better than this place. Go somewhere else.

i received a gift. it was left on my porch for 3 days as i am only here on weekends. i saw someone leave something on my porch on the ring doorbell. food should not have been left if no one was home. the container was not sealed and when i picked it up the top came off. not very sanitary. especially during covid. the chocolate on the pretzels and cookies is discolored and looks weird. the strawberries are leaking and mushy. i have photos to post. there was no name of who it is from. very disappointed. someone spend good money for this and it has to be thrown out. Ordered from Edible Arrangements for the first time. I saw on their website they had Mario Kart themed decorationed chocolate covered strawberries. Thought they'd be great for my kid's birthday today. In my confirmation email, it said it should have came with a treat box. Upon pickup, there was no box. I asked, is this everything? The girl says yes. I come home, open them up, the strawberries themselves look okay, but the leaves are dried out and crispy. Then I look at the decorations, and they're smudged with chocolate and two of them are upside down. I called the shop, told them I don't have the timeline to come back for replacements, but asked could I get a credit for a future purchase. She asked me to send her the photos, and sent the vids direct text to get cell phone. She calls back saying the next size up for the Mario Kart bundle came with the treat box (but it's stated in the email), and get exact words were, "I saw nothing wrong with these. They look fine to me.". I hung up. Obviously, she doesn't care. I used to work in a supermarket and do catering orders. This would be unacceptable to go out to the customers.

Absolutely horrible owner. Accepts an order the. Doesn’t follow through. Don’t waste your time with this location. Definitely not in the spirit of small business owners.

Buyer Beware! We received Edible Fruit Arrangement Friday 5/28/21 From the 1799 Rt 88 Brick NJ store The fruit especially all the Melon was old and translucent, the Grapes were bitter & soft, Strawberries old!! A box of cookies which looked lovely, sadly were stale!! Will thank the sender, of course for their generosity and thoughtfulness, but would recommend that they or anyone else Do Not use this Edible Store in Brick ever again! MJ & M Fletcher Brick NJ

I had a wonderful experience yesterday with the Brick,NJ Edible arrangements. I order a few times a year from various locations according to where delivery is and the various locations can be hit or miss. Yesterday, i placed an online order with Brick for a same day delivery for a large chocolate dipped fruit bouquet which is part of a birthday bundle. I needed it the same day and wrote in notes that if it couldn't be delivered same day please cancel the order. Much to my surprise, in less than 3 hours the door bell rang and the birthday girl, my daughter, opened the door to this big fruit bouquet with 3 balloons and an adorable container painted as a cupcake. I even did add ons for dipped apples and bananas and a chocolate lollipop adding a lot of work to the order. The fruit and chocolate were soooo fresh. Ironically, i also ordered an additional bouquet from another location for a business purpose. It was a different delivery location and store and did not need same day delivery. At the other location i called because the online order wasn’t going through properly. When calling i was on hold for 20 minutes and the person who answered said she cant guarantee my requested 4 hour window times for following day delivery. Although professional, the extended wait time and curtness felt as if they were doing me a favor by even delivering. I will make all efforts for future deliveries to only use the Brick location. Thanks Brick NJ location for your amazing delicious bouquet and wonderful hospitality and helping to make my daughters birthday happy.

My husband called the Brick, NJ store on Rt. 88 to order (as I do every year) two doz. chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day. The woman on the phone was SO RUDE, trying to rush me off the phone as I was inquiring about if the chocolate was gluten free (celiacs disease is a concern). Then I asked if I can use one of my two coupons that came in the mail. She abruptly said no coupons. When I asked why since there are no restrictions on them she got annoyed told me she was busy and asked if I was going to place an order. Then she proceeds to tell me there is a delivery charge and I can't pick it up. The only thing they would do for me was $5 off and free delivery (coupon was more than that). Since Covid, I realize prices will go up, but now adding insult to injury a delivery charge was implemented, cannot use coupons and the rudeness alone made me go elsewhere now and always. I will NEVER go back into your establishment & I will make sure others know how I was treated.
