I was disappointed in how little would be paid on replacing my furnace & AC unit and was prepared to cancel my plan. However, after discussing with Kendra the convenience of the plan and how many systems were covered, I decided to keep my plan. Kendra was very pleasant, helpful and validated my feelings. Well done!
