Fantastic Deals and Friendly Staff! Something for Everyone!
I love visiting the Five Below on Route 70 in Brick! They have an incredible variety of products, from fun seasonal items to everyday essentials, and everything is priced so reasonably. Whether you're shopping for gifts, tech accessories, or home decor, you’re bound to find something great. The store is well-organized, and it’s easy to find what you need. The staff is always super friendly and helpful too—they make the shopping experience even better! I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

Worst customer experience they stopped letting customers use self check out. Now there is 1 employee trying to check people out on 2 of the self checkouts. It's not the employees fault that it takes forever. If they don't want people checking out their selves they really need to hire more people to do checkout.

The manager Jen was very rude and unprofessional- not conducive to working in retail where you interact with customers regularly!I left my reading glasses in the car and could not read the label on the outside of the Christmas decoration lightbulbs I was purchasing. I asked her if they were on a timer and if the battery was included. I was very polite and her attitude was very dismissive! A person like her should not be working in a retail store and namely as a manager!

The manager Jen is extremely unprofessional and immature. She confronts her employees and talks about others behind their back. This is extremely childish. Jen is pulling some of her employees and telling them to stay away from certain people. She would tell them lies about someone to an employee and for them not to be friends with a specific person. The employees she confronts actually listen to her but they're all lies and I'm afraid the employees listen to her because they don't want to get fired. End result, Five Below is extremely unprofessional. I don't understand how managers can be so immature, it makes you wonder if they even deserve to be in that position they are currently holding.

Customer service is 100% always friendly, greet you at the door. Great place for your secret Santa gifts. I got a no name “game boy” for $10 my son was the hit at the Christmas party, everyone wanted the game boy and we stayed in budget.
