“I haven't actually seen the bouquet I ordered, but the description of it was dramatic and over-the-top which was more than I was expecting! The recipient made it seem as if it was so large they struggled to get it inside ? I was thinking I was going to get a little old thing so I was extremely pleased to hear otherwise.
The staff inside was extremely friendly and helpful, and even the customers were kind. It was a pleasure stopping in here for impromptu flowers, the delivery time was extremely quick, and I don't think they could have made this experience any easier for me. They even helped me with the wording of the card (to their credit, 'your beautiful baby' does sound better than 'the beautiful baby').”

“I cannot recommend Meg enough! The designs she created for our wedding were absolutely stunning — she completely brought my vision to life and then some. Everything exceeded my expectations and was more beautiful than I could have imagined.
Meg was also so patient and accommodating throughout the entire process. I was indecisive and changed my mind a few times throughout the planning process and she was nothing but warm and understanding and accommodating. She offered thoughtful suggestions and was happy to adjust as many times as we needed.
She even went above and beyond and created a second bouquet last minute for me for the ceremony. It was so thoughtful-truly white glove service.

Yes some items are expensive but I am here to say there are so many items you actually have a good selection to choose. So if you shop for home then this is the place you want to go to.”
“Flowers were delivered when promised and were fresh. However, the arrangement looked almost nothing like the picture of what I ordered on the website. While I understand that substitutions need to be made based on what is available at the time, I feel that the arrangement received has far fewer flowers and is mostly filler.
Editing review from 3 to 4 stars and adding: The owners of this shop reached out and offered a discount on the arrangement because they knew I was not happy - which I appreciated but did not accept. As a small business, they did the best they could (and even explained they put more flowers than the original photo contained), and as I originally mentioned, the arrangement was very fresh and lasted a long time. There are not many businesses that would stand by their work and be accountable like this, and I would definitely give them another chance in the future due to their outstanding business practices! If I ordered again, I think I would call and discuss what I wanted, instead of ordering online. Thank you to the owners for being so dedicated to customer service!”
