Droped off my pole to the daughter to get fixed and the son frank jr are great/ great people /Tommy frank senor just all staff are really kool Tommy noise his stuff knowledgeable just a very kool and down to earth bait and tackle shop highly recommended!!

Best tackle shop in area. Extremely helpful and welcoming for people new to the area as well as for salty area vets. Recommend them highly to anyone traveling to area who need good info with out spot burning.###updateHere is a great example of what kind of shop this is. I walked in to buy eels. He asked me what I was doing and what I was targeting. He told me that I Already had what I needed and not to buy anything. He then directed me to where the fish were active. Honest and friendly.

We used to go eel fishing in this area many years ago and after a long hiatus we visited the area once more. But, you cant go fishing without tackle, so after a quick google map search we found Gabriel Tackle Co.Folks, the reviews speak for themselves - this place has an excellent stock of lures, tackle, bait, fishing equipment for sale.The man at the counter was polite and after some idle chitchat we discussed our goal of eel fishing - he knew his stuff as he advised on what bait works best, what season/time/temperature is best etc. Unfortunately we showed up during the worst time and caught nothing that day which proves the man was right and knew his stuff.Will I come back here? Hell yes.

Excellent bait & tackle shop. Huge selection of lures, rods and reels for beginners to professional. Fresh and frozen baits. Store manager was very helpful, courteous and professional. He knew his stuff and helped me with suggestions. Even with others in the store he made sure to answer all my questions without rushing me. I will be back to Gabriel Tackle and Bait.

Was just in here with my 8 year old who is EXTREMELY inquisitive and asks a million questions. The whole time Frank and frank were helping me out and giving me some awesome knowledge, they were answering any question my son had and were super friendly. They are definitely more than willing to sit and share knowledge and tell you about the different products. Definitely lucky I dont live far becuase Ill always be back
