Wish I could give them a zero. I walked in with two games to return both in plastic both never used. My nephew who is Special Needs didn't tell me that he had a PS4 I thought he had a PS5. I bought him two PS5 games from game store a couple days before Christmas. I went in today to try to exchange them and they told me that it was past the date that I could exchange them I had until 1/13 to make any changes after Christmas. That's not even a 30-day exchange time frame from Christmas . I tried to call the corporate office I asked for a supervisor and the stupid person that answered the phone refused to give me one most stores that you go to a week later would give you that week extra to return something. The guy on the phone was very rude he even said this call is getting nowhere and he hung up on me

My husband preordered a game (Hogwarts legacy Deluxe) there and they tried to scam us by saying we never preordered anything there. And when we were finally able to go pick it up they tried to scam us again and they tried to give us the wrong game that was cheaper (Regular Hogwarts Game). Then when my husband went back to say it was the wrong game this other guy said that the guy WAS trying to scam us.

Love this place. Been in many many gamestops in NJ and other states, by far this is the best one. Employyes are nice and know their stuff. Highly recommend.

Went today to get the lechonk card and code and was helped by Rich. He was super helpful and even offered when he saw me looking at the switch games that he could show a demo of any game since he had his console. Rich is amazing and deserves employee of the year!

Friendly Staff, only problem is the customer service is horrible (not the fault of this one, just in general). They also don't let you get Eshop gift cards that are a different value of normal ones (Ex: $5). But besides that, it a good Gamestop.

Hmmmm- I didn't know that it was good business to leave a note on the door saying sorry for the inconvenience be back in 30 min! I never come to GameStop and always shop at RSG- (red seal gaming) but tonight I was in a crunch for a birthday gift and this is what "game stop" does- just leave the store vacant... so my BIG question- when did you leave? 30min ago 15min ago or 5min ago!? If only they saw that I am the 3rd customer to come up to the door see the sign and walk away! really bad for business won't be coming back here

Only reason why I paid $50 for a pro membership was to get $5 a month for an mtg pack, as I barely play my console anymore. Well they haven’t had mtg in months and I wasted $50, to now have separate $5 off that can’t even be combined, if I wanted to get a new game.

Tim and Bradley are awesome employees at this location. They welcome you and make make you feel welcomed and close connections of talking about variety of games. Great GameStop with great staff. Last year I bought a normal Nintendo Switch because the OLED models were sold out. I went this this GameStop a week later and they employee told me that they JUST got a shipment in that day. I was upset because the timing was so bad, and I really wanted the OLED model. The employee was so nice and told me to get my switch (opened, but in the original box) and he would do a return for me so I could buy the OLED model. 10/10
