Place is not even open when they say they are. Showed up at 1030am and lights off door locked. Poor management. Came by to pick up an item I bought online and can't even get it. Came back 30 min later and still closed. Someone should be fired for not showing up to work on time unless they have a good excuse

Ian was amazing. he was able to answer all my questions gave me suggestions to what works with my body! and even went the extra mile with me on trying to find me the right products! excellent customer service!! i went to vitamin shoppe first and the girl was of no help whatsoever !! so thank you Ian i appreciate you !!

Came at 4 o'clock to get protein and vitamins. Store was locked, no sign or anything even though the hours say open until 7. Ridiculous

I met the store manager Lexi and I was blown away by her level of service. I'm psyched to go back and learn more from her. All of the employees have been friendly, helpful, and informative and this is by far the best GNC I've been to and the others are awesome. Brick, New Jersey...YOU ROCK. How do you have your hours listed here for months, and clearly close prior to 9 pm on a regular basis, and not adjust?Don’t allow people to make online orders and attempt to pickup and arrive to a closed store. It is a very simple problem to solve. Get employees who care to work the shift posted, or change the store hours. Simply negligence on behalf of GNC. Vitamin shoppe right around the corner from now on.

So I made a mobile pick up order at 7:00. I left home to head to GNC and it’s currently 8:09 and they’re closed. Lights off and everything. Online says they close at 9. I got an email saying it was ready at 7:46. I wanted my supplements for the morning but I might as well go to The Vitamin Shoppe now down the road since they’re actually open and i want to refund my mobile pick up

Came to the store at 8:49 at night when they close at 9 PM they lock the door as soon as I pulled up at the store employee informed me that they were training and they would get out late if they helped me and didn’t want to do that extremely poor customer service here not professional at all I would never recommend this store to anyone

Becarefull they have on shelf a low price but when you paid they charge a higher price and play dummie.like its not they fault.plus give a hard time for you money.. they try to put it on you account to make you come back...
