Bait and switch. Bought a refrigerator and said it would be delivered on Saturday. FRIDAY NIGHT! They send me an email it would be a full week later. I cancelled. Went to Lowe's, got the same fridge delivered in 3 days. I asked the store rep " are you sure it will be here before Thanksgiving?" He said guaranteed! He lied.

Beware of the tool rental employees they know nothing other than to push the rental make sure you know what you're getting and what you're paying for and what's included.

I needed a Refrigerator. I chose a Samsung refrigerator and the delivery date was set for the end of the week Saturday but when the delivery men arrived they immediately removed the old refrigerator and then started measuring the old refrig, the space around the area and then called us outside to see the damaged new refrigerator. Two dents on two separate doors. The advice was since they put the old refrig on the truck and didn't want to bring it back, to now take this refrig. as temporary and then they would put on the order delivery form that a new refrigerator was needed to replace it. We were told to immediately call the number they gave to ask for a replacement and a rep. named Oscar handled the call. He said it would be better to replace the doors vs. waiting weeks for a new refrigerator so the date was set for Wednesday for a repairman, then we got a message that it was delayed for Friday, now we got a message that they need to reschedule for parts are not in the building. Now we are given no date but a probable maybe they will keep us waiting. So now the scenario continually changes to the point where there is no trust in their words. We paid fully the price already by cash for this refrigerator, we asked the salesperson are you going to give us the dented model on display and she said 'no, you get a new one." Obviously we got a bad deal and we already paid for extended warranty, removal of the old refrigerator and if I could get my money back, I definitely would not buy from Home Depot again. I had to make this complaint to keep this situation from spiraling more out of control since this Company can't get it right.

They double charged me, and put me in the negative which in turn resulted in $70 worth of over draft fees … went to the store spent an hour with the manager, which proved useless he then tells me their book keeper is part time and inexperienced and probably won’t know how to help me…. Call my bank who tells me it needs to be resolved with Home Depot. Call Home Depot corporate finally got though to someone my third time calling, just for them to tell me how frustrating it must be and there is also nothing they can do. My card was declined once, the. Went through the second time… really it was approved both times and they are incapable.

Do not even think of working here. They underpay and allow the lazy employees to do whatever they want (hell, they even promote them seeing as how a CXM bragged that they pay him more not to work) while giving the reliable employees grief. Management refused to provide full time status stating they would then have to pay benefits but then blocked a transfer request to a store offering full time status. There is no accountability and all management focuses on is preventing overtime and the GET scores….yet expect morning staff to not only restock the departments (because the closing staff doesn’t do anything) but also work all the freight from overnight that wasn’t done.
Sorry but the culture of Home Depot has dramatically changed since the 1990’s and creates a huge divide between associates and management.

if you need someone to help you DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I came in for a simple item (I needed temporary shades) and was having trouble finding it. So I looked all around for someone to help me. Finally I found a store worker and he ignored me, then another worker did the same, then a third worker pointed in a general direction and wouldn't follow me to show where it actually is. After 15 min I finally found it myself. When I walked out of the store I promised myself it would be the last time time I would go here!

They are the WORST! Do not use them for any type of flooring. Their contractor abandoned me mid-project, leaving my entire condo with concrete floors, and told me I was on my own to fix the mess. I was able to return the flooring to Home Depot, but they charged me a 10% restocking fee. It wasn't my fault their contractor was incompetent. I would have used the flooring if it had been installed, of course. I should not be charged for their contractor's negligence and ineptitude.

Do not order any major home improvement projects/installers here. Stick with local contractors. It's a bait and switch. Prices seems cheap to start (i.e. flooring, kitchen counters/cabinets, etc...) but they nickel and dime you for every possible item you can imagine. They are also incapable of flooring around spindles. What flooring company can't install around spindles? This is like 50% of all flooring jobs. Again, they simply can not do it, not one of those things where they were going to charge extra. At the end of the day, their pricing was $14,500 vs. $9,500 for a standard local contractor. Most of this was due to thousands of dollars in small items that every contractor pays for. You're basically paying HD guys to tie their shoes in the morning before they come and install. Their customer service is also horrific. They can't even make outbound calls. Just deal with local installers to save yourself a lot of pain and only use HD to buy small items. Would not recommend for appliances either. Super strict rules, slow delivery, bad customer service... they've gotten too big and go out of their way to inconvenience you.

Horrible Customer Service!!! Ordered a whole set of appliances in February, only recieved 2 out of 5 and still have not recieved the appliances and its now June! Yanked our chain and wasted our time!! Took off work 4 times for applicance installations that never happened. Had to cancel the rest of our order and they refuse to refund us for installation when our dishwasher was never installed nor was the old one removed as planned! Will never shop for appliances here again! Clearly no one from this company actually cares.

Terrible customer service from lazy team members refusing to help so they could socialize to another employee sighing when being asked to do his job. Disappointing when kids don't have any etiquette or customer service skills anymore

Had storm door measured by Home Depot's subcontractor who quickly provided his quote for installation. I followed up with this store multiple times to confirm they received his quote. I selected an Emco 300 series door with nickel hardware. I visited the store twice and called 3 more times to complete the order. No one knows how to process the order, so it's still in limbo. Big waste of time.

Went to Home Depot and picked out new flooring - no salesperson to be found in that department. I then went to buy some paint. I asked the person in the paint department a question about the paint and was told to read the sign that said I needed to go around the other side of the counter to ask a question. I went around to the other side and waited. There were no other customers and she started mixing paint and ignored me. I would have understood if she said let me just mix this paint and I’ll be right with you but she ignored me. After 10 minutes I left my cart along with my flooring and walked out. Went to Lowes where there were salespeople who helped me immediately with flooring and paint. You lost a customer

Everyone in this store has an attitude. It's never changed . I called prior to picking up an online order to make sure this time is was in the front of the store ready and not damaged. It was there but there was a chip out of the bottom of the Masonite door. The lady rolled her eyes and said it was probably the only one. So now if you get the last one of anything it's ok to sell it damaged?????? We went back and switched it out and the genius working back there shrugged his shoulders and said...."someone will buy it and fill it with wood puddy. ". It's really pityful every time I shop here it's the same "I don't give a crap people ".
