Went to this location to look for a product. Asked two employees, one cut me off before I finished a sentence. The other I asked her if she could look something up in the system for this product. She claimed they have no ability to. Everything sent to them “was a surprise”. I call BS. You have no idea what products you have and have no record or inventory? I called another home goods (different location) not only did the other employees look up the item in the system, they were about to tell me what brand it was/if it was in the store. This location is not organized and the employees are not helpful. Avoid this one at all costs unless you want to leave disappointed.

I used to really like this store. Lately, the customer service is not efficient and seems very chaotic and unorganized. The last two times in the past two weeks that I had to return a few items was ridiculous.I had my receipts both times, but I guess I forgot to save the tags, which was my mistake. Both times I was made to wait a LONG time while a cashier had to get approval from someone to find the item and create new price tags despite having the receipt and SKU number on the receipt!I had to wait for the salesperson to use a device to put the tag through the manufacturer’s label on a bed rest pillow. Meanwhile I had been standing there for quite sometime waiting and waiting for this woman to do this but she was having a problem with the device. This was after waiting for someone to find the item and create a new price tag!Today I returned two small rugs. Manufacturer’s label was on it but I guess I took off the price tags. Another situation where I stood there a LONG time while the management failed to do this in a timely fashion. First attempt the cashier was given the wrong labels so it didn’t match the receipt. Then another person was summoned to find the item and create new labels. It wasn’t the cashier’s fault but this was ridiculous to put me through this. I shop in other stores and have never had to deal with this. I would think a receipt should suffice.Overall negative experience. Hint: SAVE the price tag or you will end up waiting forever!

They have an enormous quantity in every category. The store was actually over crowded with merchandise and people. The pricing for most items is way below alternate retail. Staff was great...just the lines that always bother me. It was also right before the new year to be fair. Well worth the trip and time.

WILL NEVER SHOP AGAIN!!Shopped tonight with some friends for home essentials, and what came out of tonight was APPALLING. My friend shopped for gifts as well, and thanks to the employee on shift at this location. The only non white person of the group was completely racially profiled by this employee. Followed him around during his entire shopping experience, and ran to her higher up upon my friend picking up items WHICH HE PURCHASED. Calling him thief as he tries to leave the store HOLDING HIS RECEIPT and continued to PHYSICALLY chase him out of the store yelling “you got a problem with me?!” THE UNPROFESSIONALISM!!!! when trying to get her name because everyone was made extremely uncomfortable by this employee. EVEN PHYSICALLY CHARGED AT MY OTHER FRIEND WHEN SHE ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER ABOUT THIS COMPLETE DISCRIMINATION. her higher up needed to HOLD HER BACK from PHYSICALLY LUNGING at my PAYING CUSTOMER friend.WILL NOT RETURN.

Your employee Nancye verbally berated me and my friends. Profiled our group as thieves. Also she singled out the only African American of our group of four and asked to see a product he was holding to make sure he didn't steal it. Followed me and my friend around the store constantly. Called my friend a thief as he was exiting with product that he paid for with his receipt. Called after him asking him for his name and yelled at us. Followed us outside the store to ask if we had a problem. We ended up going back inside to speak with the manager; during that discourse Nancye screamed at us again calling us "children" and again repeating if we "had a problem." And charged at my other friend in a threating manner. We felt as though our situation was not resolved or handled properly by management. It was blatantly racist and ageist. The very definition of profiling. Not only to mention not only did we not steal anything we were paying customers.
