Shopped tonight with some friends for home essentials, and what came out of tonight was APPALLING. My friend shopped for gifts as well, and thanks to the employee on shift at this location. The only non white member of the group was completely racially profiled by this employee. Followed him around during his entire shopping experience, and ran to her higher up upon my friend picking up items WHICH HE PURCHASED. Calling him thief as he tries to leave the store HOLDING HIS RECEIPT and continued to PHYSICALLY chase him out of the store yelling "you got a problem with me?!" THE UNPROFESSIONALISM!!!! when trying to get her name because everyone was made extremely uncomfortable by this employee. EVEN PHYSICALLY CHARGED AT MY OTHER FRIEND WHEN SHE ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER ABOUT THIS COMPLETE DISCRIMINATION. her higher up needed to HOLD HER BACK from PHYSICALLY LUNGING at my PAYING CUSTOMER friend.

The place to go for home decorations at a reasonable price. New items come in throughout the week. Area rug deals if you hit the right moment.

Older women staff members are very rude… opened a credit card with them to get the 10% back for an outdoor set and when i was bringing it to the car the leg snapped right off without any pressure. Obviously had to return, woman told me i won’t be able to use the 10% off again for my next purchase (found out that’s wrong by other home goods locations). She just didn’t want to be helpful at all. Also heard a different employee talking about me saying it was my fault the chair broke. Out of all the times I’ve stepped in there I’ve received unwarranted attitude from an older lady employee. MANAGEMENT - time for a staff meeting… one of the worst home goods locations because of these certain employees.

Enjoy walking around to see what they have. Picked up some unique kitchen tools that were very reasonably priced.

It is a super store that has many countries in the world that sells 100% quality. My problem is not having money. Because everything at Home Goods is very beautiful, absolutely all the service, the products 1000% I recommend that you go and visit this beautiful store.

I went shopping at this location on Friday, I picked an item that did not have a price tag (now mind you, A LOT of the items did not have price tags). I didn't notice it didn't have a price tag but I didn't care because I was there about a week prior and I knew it went for either $9.99 or $12.99. Not only did I have to go look for an item with a price tag because staff wouldn't, but when I came up with one for 9.99 or 12.99. The store manager (LIZ) insisted it was $16.99 even after I explained that I was here about a week ago and it was not $16.99. She said well this is the closest thing to it so its that price, I again explained that it was $9.99 or $12.99. She then told the cashier that "he doesn't want it" In which I responded with, "I do want it but you are over charging me" she then walked away. I followed her and asked her for corporates number or the district managers number because at this point....its not that point, its the principal. She ended up giving me some number for online issues (I guess she thought she was being slick) I ended up finding the number on my own and contacted corporate and I'm still in talks with them but I really want people to know about this experience. Also, I went to Marshals up the road and found the same item for......you guessed it, $12.99Corporate: Is this what you train your managers to do? To create this kind of tension with your customers? Over a few dollars? Why would I pay more for the item when I KNEW IT WASNT THAT MUCH.Another question for corporate: Why is your store manager Liz not making sure items have prices on them? It was not just one, several did not have price tags, and when items do not have a price tag, why aren't you honoring the said price?

Love Homegoods. I rarely leave empty handed! Inventory changes all the time so if you see something you like, get it right away because the next time you go, it probably won't be there.
