“We used Pt Pleasant Manor for our wedding hotel block in early November. The staff were incredible! We booked the entire place for at least 1 night and they went above and beyond to make us and our guests feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Despite no vacancy, no one had issues with parking. We definitely recommend staying here!”

“Incredible B&B. Very clean like stepping back in time. Beautiful room we stayed in the tower. Whirlpool tub for two. Shower fireplace and the luxurious bed so comfortable. In a very quiet neighborhood this time of year. Breakfast was eggs Benedict on a croissant. A jar of fruit with homemade pineapple sorbet really delicious.”

“I cant say enough good things about this place. This is a late post, but back in January, I had a client meeting off season in Point Pleasant where many hotels were shut down for the winter. I was in a winter storm, a dead cell phone, and nowhere to stay. The owner came out and got me a room for two nights and a charger for my phone. They saved me.The hotel is literally on the sand dune of a gorgeous beach and fun boardwalk. I will certainly be back from Massachusetts with my family during the summer months.”

“The Salt Water Inn was the best place to stay for our girls weekend! It was close to all the necessary spots (bars, beach, etc). Joshua was so sweet and accommodating to us even when we were a little loud and rowdy. Definitely will be back and recommend for your trip to the shore!”

“Nice place with Clean facility. Nice looking pool. Bathrooms clean with the usual shampoo, conditioner, soap. Though I would recommend bringing your own cause the soap breaks up easily but that's my opinion. Rooms were nice size didn't feel claustrophobic. Pull out couches were decent. Plenty of parking for all size vehicles mostly I mean i had a double cab truck so i say fits most. Friendly staff in office and helpful. Only down fall is the bathroom door opens towards the main door so be careful when entering if someone left the bathroom door open.Nearby activities: Very close to all attractions. You can walk or a short drive to boardwalk, arcade, or aquarium.”

“Upon check in, I was greeted by the nicest man, who was funny and super friendly. He quickly gave me instructions about breakfast and with a smile, had me on my way to my room. The room was very clean, on the small side but it was just me so it was fine. It had a king bed, a small table and 2 chairs, a closet area w luggage rack, a fridge, tv, bedside tables, etc. The bathroom was cute, very 60s/70s looking but nice. I noticed it was very warm in the room. The thermostat said 82. I decided to turn the heat off completely as I was going into town and like to sleep cold. Upon return to the room some 4 hours later, the room was still 82 degrees and way too warm. I felt the radiators and they were still churning out the heat. I tried turning on the AC to cool the place down but it wasn't working. The radiators kept heating. So I went to the office and was met by a man who was on his personal phone. He spoke very little English and at first didn't understand the issue. He thought I was saying it was too cold. He tried to get me to give up and leave. When I wouldn't, he started loudly arguing with me. I told him I couldn't sleep in a room that warm, and then he told me it was "out of his hands." Really? There are 4 cars in this parking lot. I think it's wholly within your hands. When I wouldn't acquiesce and let him return to his phone call, he grudgingly came to the room for a look. He saw that I had it set to cool but the heat was still on. He then grudgingly went to the office and got a new key to the room right next door and let me in there. The temperature was fine. It took a bit for the heat to get going but I was totally fine with that. After that things were fine. I would stay here again but I would hope to be able to encounter the first kind man, not the other.”

“We truly had the best time here. We come down every year this weekend, and this is the first time we have stayed here, but I can assure you we will be back. It really was so comfortable and relaxing. Even the other guests were polite and friendly. It truly was a great trip.Make sure to book your trip now! Trust me, you won't be disappointedRooms: Our room was always clean. They come daily and freshen everything up. They move so fast that we literally left to breakfast, and when we came back, it was spotless. Truly wonderful service.Nearby activities: It is located super close to the boardwalk, so it's easy to get to everything, but the best thing is their private beach; you avoid the crazy crowd and enjoyed the serene sound of thr ocean.Safety: There is literally nothing to worry about here. We were out at all times and never worried about a thing.Walkability: You have the option to drive, but it is only a mile walk to the boardwalk. We only moved our car to go to dinner one night, other than that we walked to everything.Food & drinks: They have a great snack bar. You can text your order to or just walk up to the window. It's right outside of the pool, so it is absolutely perfect for when your littles don't want to leave the pool or beach. They have setting set up right near the snack bar and out near the beach so you can watch the ocean as you eat. You really won't be disappointed.”

The room has everything you need. I was comfortable during my stay. The only con is that bathroom shower is very small. For larger guests that could be an issue.Nearby activities: The beach is right across the street. “Absolutely in love with this little gem of a hotel! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Everyone is really kind and chill. Just stayed two nights with my young son and we had a blast. Our original planned vacation got cut short due to a family emergency, so I came in a bit bummed we wouldn't be able to make the most of our time. But! The location is right next to the amusement park, water park, mini golf, boardwalk, beach, everything, so we were able to do even more than planned. Our rooms were simple but very clean and had excellent A/C. The pool was my six year old's favorite, I think it's bigger than other hotels in the area that I saw, large pool deck and lots of families with young kids splashing together, and it's open till 9. There's a CVS a block away and from our room we could see the sunrise and sunset. I also recommend Jimmy's Breakfast for a diner breakfast. Perfect mini-vacation, can't wait to come back.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this place! We stayed June 2024. The room was spacious and clean. We had enough room to set up the baby’s pack and play. The staff was friendly and the location can’t be beat. We joked that it felt like we were staying in a friends guest room instead of a hotel. If you’re looking for a place to stay, highly recommend!

“Older rooms but super clean. The female owner at the check in desk was very helpful and kind, so she gets 5 stars. Some sketchy characters living in the motel long term, but the motel is just two blocks from the beach and many restaurants, plus the big arcade is down he street.

“For the past few years, I have frequented Seaside Heights, and I must say this motel I recently stayed at surpassed all others. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and well-maintained, providing a peaceful environment. The parking facilities are undoubtedly the best in Seaside Heights for any motel. Moreover, the proprietors were exceedingly amiable, particularly Ray, who went above and beyond to assist us with our needs and even offered valuable recommendations for local dining establishments. I highly recommend this establishment and intend to revisit in the future.”

“I was very pleased with the upgrade to the handicap accessible room. My son is in a power wheelchair and it met all of our needs. The breakfast was delicious with large portions and reasonably priced. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were friendly and efficient.Rooms: Large handicap room with a good size bathroom. The room was very clean.Noteworthy details: Only change I would recommend is more channels on the TV.”

“There are too many amazing things to say! I was a bride on March 8, 2024. The shore club provided me with my absolute fairytale wedding. Chelsea the bridal coordinator was incredible. She was so helpful, informative, and fun to work with. She was quick to respond to all of my emails whenever I had any questions. Penny was my maitre d and she was so sweet. She listened and always made sure to ask if I needed anything and made sure I was ok the entire day and night. Billy the general manager was also amazing and so hands on. He made sure to guide me even when I was stressing out and he seemed to really love doing his job! All of the staff were friendly and attentive. The bridal suite was SUPER cute and we all took advantage of selfies with the neon sign. Everyone really helped make my day perfect. It was easily the best day of me and my now husbands lives. All of the guests also had a great time and experience. The shore club really makes you feel like you are family and at home. Will definitely be back to have dinner, hangout the bar, and hopefully attend other weddings in the future!”

“We stayed in room 305. The room was beautiful. We loved sitting on the little deck in the morning. The only complaint was that the walk in shower needs to have safety bars installed. I have Polio and I had hard time balancing in the shower. Even if you have some elderly guests having safety bars would make their stay perfect.”

“Best location ever. Very caring, friendly staff. Rooms clean enough (better than a LOT of Jersey shore motel rooms). Beds are VERY comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Just bring a washcloth (there are none) and give the water a good 3-5 min to heat up. But these are just the fun quirks of these types of places.”
