I just called this location to try and make an appointment to get my taxes done. They left me on hold and kept picking up the phone to see if I was still waiting. If you don't want to talk to your customers, find another job. Too bad, I had 2 returns to do, now you get nothing.

I went there twice with completely two opposite experiences as it all depends on the accountant you get to work with so be careful. The first time was amazing and I would give 5 star to the great tax analyst that helped me Ramnarine Ragbir. He was extremely nice, friendly and helpful with giving advices and explaining how taxes are done. He was basically going above and beyond. I would give him 10 stars if possible.
Unfortunately, I went the second time for my parents' taxes but Ragbir was not available so we got to work with Ed Burke who was rude and made me hate the place. He was nice at the start but I believe he had a problem that I was translating to my parents and using another language so he suddenly became so rude and disrespectful claiming the reason is that I asked for discount (which is known as first timer discount in HR Block). He even said I don't want to do your taxes so his collegue had to get in the middle and help us out. Thanks to his collegue who handled the situation otherwise I would have wasted an hour for nothing.
I would never put myself in place that disrespect people like that.

I Had a bad experience with Olga. She called me multiple times asking questions every five seconds when she could have just stayed on the phone to finish my taxes. She then proceeded and told me I owe taxes and I asked what do you mean? (Since I’ve never owed before) and she chuckles and says “Um what do YOU mean? It means you owe” THEN while I’m still confused she says “okay so I’m charging $220 and is that Check, cash or card?” She wasn’t professional so I decided to take my taxes to the one in Howell where they were way more detailed and thorough.

The people there are have no experience. I asked my tax representative to file a extension and he said he never did that before. Now that's a problem

Not a place if you want TIN number made.Made an appointment asked 3 times and 2 times once i got there. “Can you make a TIN number?” they said yes.Me and my wife brought all documents we needed. Our guy(indian looking dude wearing weird suit) was late to his appointment with us. Took all our documents made a copy and told us. “Sorry we don’t make a TIN numbers here. You have to go to Howell branch”Are you kidding me? Took all my info. Very sketchy guy. I had to hire a babysitter to come for this appointment and this guy tells me they don’t do it here!Don’t you find suspicious that they took our info first and then told us they don’t do TIN numbers there! What a sad joke that place is ?Mad and disappointment all the way!Will definitely not comeback.
