I came by to have my car serviced a few days ago, and Max helped me out. He explained everything to me (more than once, cause I just don't get this stuff) and was super patient and kind. Thanks Max. I'll be coming back for any other service I need and continue to request max specifically.

Brought my car in for brake lines and changed only 1 asked for both and didn't change the screw in bolt I literally pulled out the line they kept old rusted fitting and ripped me off for 300 bucks which is being refunded low class half fast work . They should no better then this poor work

Have been good loyal customer for years and lost respect for the owner for not getting back to me after they worked on my car and couldn’t fix it . Had to take it to someone else that knows how to fix cars and return call’s. This place is sucks

Joe’s towing team are strong partners. They excel in repeat customers as their staff is very friendly and efficient and they deliver that hometown mechanic feel that you don’t get from dealers or mass market repairs like AAA. Definitely worth a try. I don’t think u will go elsewhere afterward

Alan had built my 69 cutlass, I stopped in for a minor carb adjustment only to find Alan is no longer there, I'm beside myself with the condition of the place, the guy at the counter is literally clueless and obviously on something as he was extremely rude, not to mention sweating bullets in an air conditioned office. If anyone reading this knows where I can find Alan i would really appreciate it.

Got a oil change the guy backed my F-250 out broke my passenger side mirror manager said they would pay for repairs. Nothing but games they had to order it. It hasn't come in yet. They never called after years of loyalty of getting gas and oil changes, I'll never go back or recommend them they never fix my mirror loser's!!!!Service: Oil change

THE GUYS IN THE SHOP ARE ALWAYS NICE.ALWAYS HELPFUL. EVEN IF THEY ARE BUSY.IF YOU'RE THERE, YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGED AND ARE HELPED IMMEDIATELY.VERY GOOD CREW HERE.THEY GET THEIR WORK DONE.NOTHING IS CHEAP THESE DAYS EITHER BUT KNOW THEY DO GOOD WORK OF GOOD QUALITY AS WELL.THEY SOMETIMES ARE EVEN WORKING WAY PAST THEIR OWN CLOSING TIMES YOU'LL NOTICE. BUT THATS BECAUSE THEYRE DEDICATED TO THEIR WORK.BIG THANKS TO MR. AL! DONT KNOW WHAT I WOULD HAVE DONE WITHOUT HIM FIXING MY TIRE ON SUCH A SHORT/DROP IN NOTICE.HE MADE SURE ID BE TRAVELING SAFE AFTERWARDS. AND ITS APPRECIATED! Be careful when you get work done and inspect it. I had some work done by them in March 2022 and was charged for the labor was charged for work not performed. I took my 2017 ford expedition for brake pads all around and a driver rotor. The rotor never made it to the vehicle. I drove back to Texas in March by September my brake pad driver'sside was gone I called and I was given the run around they are not a loyal stand by their work business. I am here from Texas and went to talk to them they ignored that the part never made it ti my vehicle. They charge me an hour of labor for work not done. It is pretty unprofessional to see organizations cheat veterans and civilians promising that the work you asked for will be done it is not. When brought up to their attention you are the thief and the disloyal one but why would I go there if the work I requested was performed. My name is Felix a wounded and retired Marine.
