By far the wrost car dealership, the salesman if you can call him a salesman is a liar, I needed a car because I do uber while looking at vehicles the so called salesman Eddie shows me brochure of a warranty he says is for uber and Lyft driver a warranty for 2 years unlimited mile, so I buy a car and buy the warranty for over 2000 dollars. After a few months I started to have problems I call the warranty and they tell me I'm over the limit that they only paid for the 24000 mile warranty, I then call Jimmy and he says come on in we will look at the vehicles, I come in they look at it and then wanted me to pay for everything, then Eddie tells me that they don't sell the unlimited package , there are so many problems with my vehicle. I will never go back, I feel bad bad for any future customers that go there to buy a car. I told them that I'm always putting oil in the engine and they told me it's because I do a lot of driving, and in the past month I started to a lot of oil on my drive way, I took my car to aamco they a bad rear main seal and it's taking a long time to fix because they who ever sold me this most likely try to rig it, they said it was a mess between the Trans and the engine, it will cost me over $3000 to fix my vehicle

I bought 2012 Volvo S60 $7000. Dec. 2024. It had issues with the battery warning light coming on from purchase, Dealer fixed, as low battery. Then, couple of days later, no headlights, Dealer fixed, then no blinkers, again Dealer fixed. Dealer was more than happy to act like they fixed it. NO, they prolonged the repairs with band-aids; until, 1682 miles & 5 months later, car died on side of road. It’s towed back to Dealer. Timing belt. Dealer, again, acts more than happy to fix, now I have to pay all labor & parts. 2 months later no plan of action to fix & I have no car, Dealer still telling me he is working on it, he can’t figure out a solution, he says. Now, the car is back in his lot & I have no car. He received $5500. From me & refused to fix or trade for a lesser value vehicle. Jimmy & his staff took advantage that I am retired & do not drive far. So the warranty was a joke, I returned with the car several times. Look at BBB rating it’s a “D”. I should have! Everyone told me, “worst Dealer in town, don’t buy there”, I did anyway because I didn’t think a bigger Dealership would finance me. Turns out, Pinebelt, financed a brand new car, for me, July 2025. So, try other places, I didn’t think I would qualify at a real Dealership & sold myself short, I don’t want others make the same mistake! Careful of wolves in sheep clothing, they are the worst! Oh, in middle of all this, Jimmy the owner, tells me his brother-in-law had a car accident in 1 of his vehicles, same time, as mine broke down, that’s why I was ignored for 1 month. Guess I was lucky to only break down, no accident involved. Jimmy, did not call, & refused to speak with me face-to-face, at shop, after car broke down. Also, Jimmy, owner, over the phone, told me, “its luck of the draw”; so, if you choose to roll the dice, Jimmy’s waiting! Leonard Perry Motors is the worst!
