I scheduled a geek squad appointment for an installation and on the day of the appointment nobody showed up at all and nobody called to say anything. I spent an hour on the call with customer service but nothing came out of that because nobody followed up with a phone call or another appointment. Terrible support

Never buy a Sony tv. Originally had a Samsung and loved it. Was just looking to upgrade the size. They talked up Sony...so we bit the bullet. two months after the warranty expired, the tv completely stopped working and not best buy or Sony would do anything to help out. 1500 wasted. My next TV will be coming from Amazon.
