Was very happy that Mitch came to me while I was waiting and offered a coupon for me. Shows that they care about customer experience.
Of course it’s an expensive process so naturally I’m not happy about the findings but they are getting the job done in a timely manner and I do appreciate him for doing that!

Called Mavis at 3:30 on a Sunday to see cost of plugging a tire and availability. Spoke to Mitch who was very professional and informative, explaining that the plug they do is a patch plug and what is entailed for the repair. Wasted no time at getting me in right away. They provided super fast, and efficient service and I will be back for future repairs when needed.
