“OK, so I've been trying to leave a review for Old Navy, Howell. I can't seem to get it to come up. After a disastrous experience at the Old Navy in Freehold yesterday, I was delighted to have a lead staff, Melanie, who used her head and her judgment and made my experience a gazillion times better. Going to a brick and mortar store is supposed to be all about the flexibility that comes with having human beings who are capable of discernment in the store. It's nice to see someone actually use their noggin. Corporate America, take notes from employees like this!!!. Honestly, it's such a great but rate thing to see these days. makes me 100% more likely to come back and shop at the store. It makes me feel good about the way that the store is managed and how they're treating their employees.”

“It's ok. They don't have as much merchandise or sizes that they used to have before Covid. I always have to order online & have to return at the store. I also like to go to the store and shop, you know touch things. Getting very disappointed in their store. Oh, and they give you a coupon but you can't use it on so many thing! Why bother giving me a coupon if I can't use it!!!”

“I had an initial problem with delivery, but all's well that ends well. The owner fixed the problem and I received the pair of motor cycle gloves that I wanted and needed. The quality is great, the fit is perfect and the color is exactly what I had hoped for. Exceeded my expectations. Great stuff at Legendary.”
