On October 23, 2025, I discovered a puncture on one of my tires, so I took my automobile to Mr. Tire. They declined to repair the puncture in the center of the tire because, in their opinion, the tire was cracking. I bought their offer of Goodyear MaxLife tires (4 tires less $100+) since the old tire was losing air quickly.
The issue is that they continue to upsell me unnecessary services, such as a lifetime tire patch for $33 per tire (33 x 4 = $132), which is clearly an exorbitant price. Over the course of my old tires' lifespan, I only had two punctures. Despite the tire wear being uniform across all four tires, the assistant manager insisted that I needed wheel alignment. Also, it seemed that the promotional discount ($100+) was ignored when my last bill arrived. When it was plastered outside the shop, how could they possibly ignore it? Did they think a was stupid not to notice it?
From these well-known shops, I began to see why individuals don't trust mechanics. I began to believe that they prey upon those who seem innocent or easily duped.
I suggest that they create a sense of trust with the customer and allow them to see their repairs by either filming the process or offering an observation area.

I wish sincerely I could give 0 stars. I work down the road. I called the day before and wanted 4 new tires thats it. they told me they set an appointment for 1 o'clock tommorow. next morning I drop my car off before they open in the key drop box and called to make sure they had it.walk the rest of the way to work, go about my day I get out of work at 4:30. call to see if it's done. was told they havnt even started it! Ok fine so then I walk around the plazas across the street for awhile. 2 hours to be exact. had enough walked over and sat . it's 7:00pm and they still are not done with my car as I write this. I'd really just like to go home after this long work day but nope. completely unacceptable amount of time for tire change. never again.

Made an appointment to get a tire fixed, They called to let me know it could be repaired, and fixed this in a timely manner-at a good price, called when the car was ready, reset the TPM and pressure in the cars info system, which is nice considering the dealer only does this half the time.

Worst service ever, schedule an appointment at 2, asked how long would it take. He replied about an hour, came back hour and a half later asking for the car and he said they haven’t started working in the car, for real, and then he got upset because I asked for the keys (when schedule the appointment I wrote “I’ll be wait for the car”), what did the want me to do, still wait for it?, I won’t recommend this place.
