It doesn't matter if I make an appointment in advance, I'm always told to wait. Even if they put you in the chair for a pedicure, you sit with your feet in the water until it's cold!
I have limited time to treat myself to a pedicure because of other medical appointments...looks like I'll be walking out without one today. I won't be back again...my time is valuable.

The last time i went there, was awful the shape was so bad and top coat was thick and not even. It looked terrible! Won't go back. Not to mention cindy is so aggressive with her pedicure and they constantly yell in their language about something every time I go there

Besides the fact that his place needs a real thorough cleaning, it was one of worst gel manicures I have ever received. Two days later I'm still trying to heal my cuticle she aggressively removed. Not friendly. Took a chance based on an overall good rating, that was my mistake.
