I rarely if ever leave a review online. But I cannot contain my disappointment on the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever received ! Only to the second worst , also in Brick! I feel like we are in another country!!! The polish selection was older than me and I didn’t make it more than 24 hours before all my nails were chipped and my cuticles were dry and disgusting! So disappointed that I cannot get a descent mani pedi in all of the shore!!!! It’s a shame!!!

Love going to Natural Nails, I see Chloe and been seeing her for over a year. Nails are always spot on and last me 3 to 4 weeks.

I’ve been coming to natural nails for years now! I have never had a problem at this salon. I stumbled upon them accidentally and it was the best thing to ever happen to my nails. I believe that everyone in that salon has done my nails at least once! NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL!!! They really care about their customers, super welcoming and super affordable!

Pink was my nail girl. Very sweet and asked me about myself! She noticed water in between the false nail and my real ones and said she didn't want me to get a fungus. I really appreciated that she was truthful. She was engaging and did a thorough job. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend her!

IF YOURE AFRICAN AMERICAN DO NOT GO HERE !!! I never write reviews but I had such a demoralizing experience at this salon. My nail tech Chloe messed up my requested nail design and when I respectfully asked if she could fix it she got mad and said it was already done and if she took it off she was gonna charge me for the full design PLUS charge me again to fix it and/or do another one. I said I would pay for the fill in (which she overcharged me $45 for even though it says $21 advertised in the salon) but that I wouldn't pay for the design because I didn't like it and wanted her to remove it. She threatened to call the cops and said they have security cameras so if I didn't pay for the full service she would escalate the matter because I needed to pay for her time. Then said I needed to hurry up cuz she needed to get home. Hands down the worst customer service and worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. I sincerely feel like they only treated me this way out of discrimination and prejudice due to my race. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and out of line. I even tried talking to the owner about the situation because she witness the whole thing and she just shrugged her shoulders, said nothing, never apologized, and didn’t correct the staff member. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.Services: Nail art

Such horrible customer service. Why would you say you can do a design, then do it without showing the person before continuing it on all the nails, then have the audacity to be mad when they don't like it?? If you can't do it don't lie & say you can and waste time. Then management doesn't even care when they're in the wrong.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our services this time. My daughter introduced me to Natural Nails over a year ago because she was very happy with their manicures & pedicures. I had a gel manicure & she had a gel pedicure. Within 2 days, a few of my nails began to chip. The same happened to my daughters pedicure. Gel nails have always lasted me 2 weeks or more in the past. Although the staff is friendly, & the salon is clean and beautiful; I think the polish they are using must not be of good quality. The man did repair my chipped nails - but within a few days (less than a week from my original manicure) the polish began to lift, peel, & chip. It's not cheap. This shouldn't happen. We spent between the two of us over $70, & our nails don't look good anymore. It's a shame, because we really liked this place.
