“Highly Recommended – REFURB EXPERTI’m putting together this review to commend the assistance provided to me by REFURB EXPERT. I found them through a Google search. I was trying to locate replacement parts for my HP LaserJet 4050. I had encountered a problem with the input Tray-1 for inputting documents into this printer. I had inadvertently put pressure on the front cover tray and broke the anchor hinges for the front cover. I thought I could remedy this by buying a replacement part and therefore contacted REFURB EXPERT. After chatting with Tim using the chat-line, I discovered a replacement part was no longer available for this printer. He referred me to Sy for further discussions. So, after discussing the issues and upon recommendations, I decided to purchase an equivalent replacement printer, a HP LaserJet P2055 DN. I appreciated the knowledge of both these individuals and their assistance in helping me to resolve my self-inflicted damage causing the malfunctioning of the printer input Tray-1. I would recommend anybody that is having printer problems to contact REFURB EXPERT for further assistance. They will find them knowledgeable and ready to help!”
