We have been taking our dog Kiki to pet smart for 3 years for grooming, recently the last 2 visits they refused to groom her due to a small growl, while we were there a dog in the back was heard wailing , they refused putting a cone or muzzle on her to get the job done, I find the people there so rude and and not accommodating, I’ve seen dogs with cones there before. Apparently my dog has a history from 1 visit of a light growl , I find their service lacking in experience with dogs. Do not go there!

If I could give ZERO stars I WOULD!! I dropped off my 11lbs cockpoo for a haircut (he has been getting haircuts at a different PetSmart for years and I moved to the area so I switched) ten minutes later they called me telling me my dog was aggressive and biting at them (this came as a shock to me because my dog has never shown any sort of aggression towards any groomer, person, or other dogs) so I picked up my dog HALF SHAVED!! So if you ever wonder to yourself “why do they not have any appointments or that it’s easy to get an appointment here” THIS IS WHY! They are terrible!!! Don’t bring your pet here!!

Ashley at the grooming salon is excellent!! She's knowledgeable and always kind and patient. My 3yr old male maltese Rocky gets so excited when he sees her. She is a very good groomer! Highly recommend her!

The place is fine. The lack of employees is frustrating as hell. We have 8 people on line with just one cashier. One slow customer makes us all wait. But hey, corporate doesn’t care about its employees or customer, they only care about profits and are happy to make customers wait in line.

My promi Layla has been going to day camp at the brick and long branch locations since she was 3 months old.
The staff is super professional and always makes me feel confident about the care she needs.
As a small super active puppy she needs downtime and they will always check on her to make sure she in good spirits.
Thank you for all you do to make me have trust in you and not having to worry while at work.

I called petsmart to ask if they had an avian uvb light and the young man went to check which i thought was really nice. The next day i went to find and purchase it and another young guy helped me find it and then promoted this particular one as he uses that kind as well. He has burds and ither oets so I trusted him. Super nice chill guy pleasant and helpful! The manager should know i waa very pleased!

I was a little put off that my dogs groomer left, I wasn't told Buddy has new groomer. It worked out well, but you have to give your customers a choice.
