Some locations may have a slightly more stern staff vibe, but overall, customer service is excellent, with staff resolving issues promptly and maintaining a positive attitude. Members enjoy the variety of equipment, though some wish for additional options like heavy bags or cardio boxing equipment. Overall, Planet Fitness is a great place to work out and feel comfortable while building strength.

It is a very clean gym. There is a nice amount of quality equipment so everyone can spread out. Staff is very nice and accommodating.

Staff seems a little more stern than the other brick location, BUT, overall a lot more equipment and space. Very clean too, the other location's bathroom was gross
