Despite the negative reviews, I had a great experience. The proctors were friendly. If I ever have to take an exam again, I would go here. It also had a fairly large parking lot.

Just about to take a Real estate exam with PSI, and these d*** Fs have over-charged many of my classmates (at least half of 16 ppl). And have f***** up another handful of tests, whether for the computers freezing up, or people being charged, and then not in the system, at all. It is a total shit-show. The BBB should get involved. It's called a job for a reason. You just have to do your job. Ill probably suffer for this review when I go to take my test, but if I have an issue, I'll call the cops. Fo' real.

worst experience ever. I went in to take an exam, from the minute I walked in I felt targeted by the older man that was In charge of getting the paperwork together. First I was early, he gave me an attitude about having my purse with me, so I went out and left it in my car. I came back in and very nasty he made it seem like I was arriving late even though I was early, and he told me i needed to remove my jacket. While everyone was getting ready before the test, the whole group was chatting, I said one thing to the person next to me and he looked me dead in my eyes picked me out of the group and yelled at me saying I needed to stop talking and asked if I had been listening. I felt like I was not being treated properly, and felt picked on, after he basically embarrassed me in front of everyone I got up and left. Never took the test. I literally have never felt so disrespected in life. I don’t know how anyone can take a test at this facility, it’s enough stress taking a test but to have someone picking on you before ? No thank you.
