The facility is clean, neat and well laid out. My only complaint is that the app to open the front gate was not functioning properly. I called and was told it's an ongoing issue if the power goes out and that IT would be notified.

Kym was very helpful in helping me refer a friend to the perfect storage location for my friends needs. Even helping me resolve my concerns about auto pay. I've been with public storage for about a year. It's been a great exsperience over all so far! Thank you Public storage!!

Absolutely the best Customer Service out there!!! Kym is super helpful on the phone and really helps you to make sure all your questions are answered every time you call.Kym has been an absolute pleasure to work with...I would HIGHLY recommend Public Storage over the other options out there.

Twice I was there before 9 am at 925 brick. Was unable to get into my inside storage as door was locked. Hours posted are 6am.

Good storage place, safe. Only thing is like everywhere else they raise the rent fee every year.

Overall, the place is clean and convenient. My issue is with the pricing. What started out as a $208 unit 18 months ago, is now $327 a month. I do understand they tell you when you sign that the rates 'fluctuate'. I have not seen any fluctuation, just increasing. The same size units that I rent, for new customers are $109. The solution I received was to go in, rent a different unit of the same size, and actually move all of my things into that other unit so I can get the lower price. And no, they won't just price match or give a loyal customer discount. The monthly rental increases are not worth renting with this company.

A very helpful employee named Chris helped me with using the kiosk at location 925 Rt 70 Brick, NJ. I was able to connect online to secure a bigger storage unit.Both he and the gal online were very patient and helpful. Much appreciated!!
