Did an online rental. Went ok but there was a discrepancy in what I paid and what I owed. The website and app showed different amounts and it also showed me with two reservations. Terrible app. Drove to the location on Burnt Tavern Rd to resolve my issue and was waited on by Eric. He was great. Knowledgeable, nice and patient. Issue resolved. This rating is for Eric not the corporation. Thanks Eric

Horrible experience with the “Property Manager” Courtney.
I have had a unit with them for close to two years and pay monthly since then. This past week I rented a larger unit because we are moving. On Friday 8/1 I went to my new unit. The lock they provided (that I paid for) had the key break inside of the lock. I went to speak to Courtney about a replacement lock and she expected me to buy a new one. Mind you this is the second time I’ve used this lock and I am not the hulk.
Secondly on 8/1 I asked for a few hours to switch my stuff over from my smaller unit to my larger unit and they said I would still be charged for the entire month even though I’m just switching units as opposed to leaving the property.
Horrible experience. I’m spending over 2k a year on a storage unit and they are going to go into semantics about a few hours of rent due.

Terrible experience with Public Storage. They lured me in with a low introductory price, but every 3 to 6 months they kept increasing the rent significantly. On top of that, there are hidden fees everywhere—making the total cost much higher than expected. I don't recomannd it ..

Wendy was amazing! Very knowledgeable, informative & patient. She showed me my options to make the right decision. She also showed me the supply area and offered recommendations. Wendy also put me at ease in case i needed to upgrade if necessary upon availability. She made a terrible start of my day much better. She gave 5 star service with a smile!!
