We're not even customers at this location but the team was friendly and helpful in resolving an issue occurring out of state with one of their properties. Amazing. Sadly they're just too far away from us to take advantage of the great customer service but were we to move, this would be our go-to.

10/10 Storage Facility, and the Manager Brianna is amazing! She’s not hard to find with her clipboard in hand always making rounds on her property making me very comfortable that they monitor so frequently. I’ve been in customer service management for 17 years and as my first time grabbing a great deal for a my extra items it was painless first of all no hassle. Not only was she completely down to earth and easy to talk to she never broke professional norms and ethics running this entire property, honestly it reassures me I found the right public storage. I don’t do reviews often but to she was a tremendous today with and issue I had and it’s down pouring rain while she quickly handled it and she still has a smile on her face……… WOW. She deserves to be acknowledged for her dedication to her business and customers. Brianna sorry for the surprise review but you go out of your way to make my experience better.

I didnt have any issues with the app, the staff were very nice helping me figure out where my (inside access) unit was, and the area was neat and clean. If you need someplace on the small side to store some random stuff, this is the place.

My father had a unit for almost 2 years. There was never a problem. The girl Brianna behind the desk was very pleasant and helpful to deal with. She answered everything without any hesitation. She definitely knows her stuff. Would use this company again if needed.

I have never had an experience with a storage facility before so I was unsure what to expect! Brianna made the process exceptionally easy and was very helpful with explaining everything to me. She is a true gem and asset to your company and I am beyond grateful I decided to go with public storage in Brick for my storage needs. Thank you Brianna!!!!!!

Moved in online and was pleasantly surprised on how quick the process was and how clean the property was. I was greeted by Traci who told me exactly where my space was. Brianna was a delight when I had a question regarding the insurance and was able to get me set up on my packing needs for my upcoming move. I have had storage previously but this experience was 5 stars and one of the best thanks to the two employees who helped me out. You made a stressful time easy.

Management lies, tell us one thing, paid up what was asked, next thing you know they already auctioned your stuff. What a scheme ya'll got going on, there was very little communication between the parties. Over charges, lies, and deceit. My suggestion, is to go find a new storage place as there are thousands around that area.
